This guy is totally unprofessional. I believe they are using a call center and finding random independent carpet cleaners that are totally unprofessional. He showed up late, told me its going to be a higher price than what I was quoted. He was also smoking a vape in the middle of my living room.

Exceptional service. The specialists from Best Day Carpet Cleaners, specifically Jeff and Malik, were skillful, thorough, careful, and hardworking. They went the extra mile to place protective covers on corners to avoid any possible damage from their equipment. They also exhibited patience when we asked for adjustments during the process. The result was magnificent, our carpets and furniture in La Jolla look stunning.

At 7pm the day before our carpet cleaning appointment, someone named Jordan "with the carpet cleaning services" texts me to cancel our appointment. He claims his offices are closed so he cannot come and says to call or text back but does not pick up the phone or respond. The appointment was already a day later than we had wanted, but the office had assured me there would be time for the carpet to dry before our tenant arrives the following morning. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Not only is this behaviour completely unprofessional, but it leaves us in an expensive bind where we will likely have to hire same day services tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable.

during a busy holiday period, our building experienced a freeze-up in the fire sprinkler system, causing substantial water damage. Around 7 inches of water seeped into our structure, ruining ceilings, floors, walls, and equipment. Thankfully, norman and his team were quickly on-site, drying out all the water and restoring the space professionally. They brought in expert carpet cleaners, painters, and drywall experts to rebuild our space. I highly recommend these guys, not just as an excellent carpet cleaning service, but also for handling building emergencies. They're top-notch.

Not sure how this company has so many good reviews. Must be fake reviews to lure in customers. I called these people and seems like they have a call center in India processing everything. They quoted me $140 over the phone and I set up an appointment. Their “technician” was late to the time slot, got lost, never called me until I called him. I was already in a bad mood because he said he would arrive in 15 min and 45 min later I had to call him. Apparently he was just sitting around waiting somewhere that I didn’t even know. Worst of all he didn’t even speak English. He was using his phone to translate Hebrew to talk to me. Not only that, he showed up in what looked like a junkyard Honda van with what looked like Home Depot rental carpet cleaners in the trunk. TOTALLY not the professional steam and water extraction equipment that the “Indian call center” told me they have. The guy shows up and proceeds to use his phone to google translate that I need a deep clean which is $470 instead of the $140 I was originally quoted. I told them to get out and cancel the service. This company is. SCAM and WASTE OF TIME. The guy had an attitude towards me from the beginning, had extremely poor communication and couldn’t even tell me where he was just “hold on” and silence. Don’t waste your time with this company. Go with professional companies like Stanley steamer or SoCal steam clean. Attached is the picture of their “company” work van

During a recent visit to my mother-in-law's new apartment, our dogs, a 60lb pit and a somewhat anxious 10lb toy Australian Shepherd, were left inside. The team was very professional, explained what would happen, answered all my questions, and got straight to work. In just 45 minutes, they finished the job, and I appreciated that they didn’t push any extra services on me. It was truly worth every penny! Amazing and trustworthy service! I came home one evening in La Jolla to find a leak and my carpet completely soaked and looking ruined. Best Day Carpet Cleaners answered my call right away and arranged for Diego to come over at 9 am the next morning. They gave me a quote of $129 and stuck to it, even though the job took almost 20 hours of work to finish. They left drying fans with me overnight and sent Diego back the next day to keep working until everything was done right. They even offered to help find another company if they couldn’t fully restore the carpet. Diego and his team were friendly, hardworking, and made sure I was happy with the carpet cleaning. The carpet is still drying from the last deodorizer treatment, so I can't say for sure yet about the final results, but I am very impressed with how honest and committed they were to doing a great job!

He personally redid the entire job, apologized for the mix-up, and made sure the carpets looked fresh and spotless. I really appreciate how they took care of the situation right away and made everything right. I will definitely be using them again for my carpet cleaning needs!

best day carpet cleaners is by far the top carpet and upholstery cleaning company we’ve tried. over the years, we’ve worked with other services, but none matched the quick response, detailed cleaning, and care for our home that malik and his team provided. their prices were fair, and they saved us money by making a really dirty carpet in one room look completely new again—we thought we’d have to replace it! when the job was done, the whole space was spotless and smelled fresh. it’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about their customers. this is exactly how a small business should be run, and we’re looking forward to having them clean our carpets again.
