Constraction reviews in La Mesa, California

After a bad experience with another contractor, we were nervous about undertaking the remodeling of our home. But this team changed our perspective completely. They inspired confidence in us from the first moment

I’ve always wanted to remodel my bathroom and kitchen from scratch. I decided to contact this company, who gave me a good quote and excellent service from start to finish. It’s definitely the best construction company I’ve ever worked with. I’m so happy to see the results of their work. Highly recommended...

I recently had the pleasure of working with this construction company and am delighted with the results. Their team was completely professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They brought my vision to life with great precision and care. I highly recommend them for any construction needs!

We are absolutely thrilled with the work Palm Construction did for us. Their crew was not just efficient and skilled; they were also incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. It made such a difference to feel at ease with the people working on our home. Their kindness truly set them apart, and we couldn't be happier with the beautiful results. A top-notch company

I highly recommend Palm Construction. They are very professional, easy to work with, and always available, providing exceptional service. They helped me with a project to build a deck on my house, and we are so pleased with the end result.

A full home remodel brought new life into every room. Flooring, walls, and fixtures were updated, creating a modern, cohesive, and comfortable living environment.

Palm Construction delivered quality work with clear communication and professional service. The team finished on time and exceeded expectations. Very satisfied with results

I have had 2 experiences with Palm Construction and both were less than ideal. In the first they gave me a quote for a fence and I told them to go ahead. They called me back later and said they could not do the project as quoted and asked for a healthy increase of price or a change of materials. Rookie error.

This time a guy walking door to door came by and I spoke to him. I have a major remodel I need to do and my house is basically gutted. I did not actually recognize it was the same company but thought I'd give them a chance to quote my bathroom. Truth is I need 3 bathrooms and a kitchen but I wanted to start small. Anyway they no showed the first appointment after changing it. They then called and asked for another shot which was to be today at 3:00. At 1:30 they are texting me stupid questions and jerking me around on who they will send. I told them to pound sand.

Sales is as good as it gets and if a company is a s show or of low ethics in the salesprocess you can bet they are only worse when the real work starts.

This org strikes me as more of a high pressure sales org than a legitimate construction or GC Firm.

They built my home from scratch and it turned out much better than I imagined. Excellent finishes, spectacular materials, and a super-prepared team. They are capable of making your dreams come true. I was super delighted with their work, and they have simply been my favorite company ever since. They are the best in construction services. Definitely don't hesitate to hire them.

I came to you through a recommendation for my kitchen remodel, and now I understand why. You created a spectacular design. You understood my vision perfectly and executed it flawlessly. I'm so happy with the result that I highly recommend you.

Added 2 vehicle carport on to end of garage. Looks like it’s been there all along - seamless! Great craftsmanship and cleaned up all tidy when done. Very professional thru the entire process of paperwork, communication and actual building work. Highly, highly recommend!

Ilan was very helpful and accommodating, working with our budget. We are thrilled that our new kitchen is so light and bright and updated with new, soft-pull drawers and soft-close doors. Replacing the drop ceiling/fluorescent lighting with recessed lights makes a huge difference. And with the dimmer, we can adjust according to need. They worked hard to satisfy and correct issues. Palm construction is a good team to work with.

Storm door installation was done with precision so that the hydraulic closers don't slam or stay open in the wind. They spent the time to adjust the handle height so it didn't interfere with our main entry door lock.

Their work on our kitchen renovation was fantastic. The outcome is breathtaking, and we were engaged throughout the whole process. I would suggest it without reservations.

The attention to detail in our new kitchen is amazing, particularly the subtle under-cabinet lighting and the perfect alignment of the subway tile backsplash. The crew chief was transparent about potential delays due to material delivery, which allowed us to plan accordingly. Everything was managed with integrity and skill.

Handrail installation for our elderly parents was done with heavy duty lag bolts into the studs for maximum stability. They chose a profile that is easy to grip and matches the aesthetic of our modern farmhouse style.

What an amazing team! They were always kind and ready to help us throughout the entire process. They listened to our requests and made sure we could make the changes we wanted. They built a beautiful, high-quality house, and we feel completely confident in their work.

I’m impressed with Palm Construction and Liel (Lee) Trabelsi. The project was a R & R, Remove and Replace, front staircase and upper deck. They reused the staircase Trex, along with the handrail on the staircase and upper deck, replaced the Spanish tile on the upper deck and entryway with new 1x6 Trex. Replaced all wood structure with PT lumber. Lee stated the project would be completed in 12-14 days, they finished in10!
Lee stayed in communication through the whole project. Palm Construction workers were very precise and professional. Their attention to detail was impressive. I will be using Palm Construction again for future projects!
Thank you Lee and team!

If you need a deck built, look no further. Our new composite deck is solid, beautifully designed, and an amazing addition to our backyard. The crew was meticulous and very respectful of our home. They are the best!!!

Customer service is very important to them, and it was clear every time we talked to the team. They were always nice, willing to help, and polite when we asked about the build. We always believed we were their most important client.

Nothing was too much trouble for this crew even when we asked for a last minute change to the tile layout. They handled the request professionally and made sure it was executed perfectly. Their flexibility made the whole project easier.
