WOWCLEAN did an outstanding job, and I especially want to recognize Anna A. for her incredible work today. She was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. Every room was cleaned with care and attention to detail, and our home truly feels refreshed from top to bottom.

Anna went above and beyond—she didn’t rush, she noticed the little things, and she took pride in her work. It’s clear she genuinely cares about doing an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to working with her again.

Amazing and Friendly service. The best!

Chris, the owner of Omega and his install team put in a 24" high Keystone retaining wall for me - Approx length of 90ft. In addition, I had approx 550sqft of artificial turf installed. The guys did a fantastic job. Prices were very reasonable. Enjoyed working with Chris and his team and very happy with our end product(s). Thanks, Jason Keighley Court

Horrible!!! They cannot keep their promised contractual appointment and when calls are made all you get is, "they are on the way." I had plans to use them for five properties that I own but sadly I will be searching for a new company who can stand behind their claims. Don't even waste your time with them.

Just want to say thanks to Chris at Omega Turf for donating a 2008 Toyota Prius to the students at the Automotive Technology Department at Cuyamaca College. The turf he put in at our house looks great and the car is more icing on the cake.

When it came to the install, we were totally amazed. Chris quoted the job as taking five days. Their team managed to finish the entire job in two days by using all four of their crews!! We couldn't believe it!

They are your typical no help pain in the ass contractor. I called with one simple question and that was too much to handle. My question was.....what is a ballpark estimate on 2,000 square feet of turf. Don't need anything too exact just some prices so I can get an idea.

And I was met with the typical well we can't tell you anything over the phone let's shedule an appointment and meet on site.

When I explained I didn't need anything as specific as a site review they said they couldn't tell me anything again.

Moving to people with better customer service.

Omega Did a fantastic job. Everything was done as expected and on time. The yard was left clean all extra materials picked up. I am very happy with the way our artificial grass turned out Phil did a fantastic job as the project manager. We had multiple options to choose from all in our price range. We had many estimates and omega turf was the best price and with the service, efficiency, and warranties we were looking for.

I had a great experience with Omega from start to end. The sales team really knew what they were talking about but I didn't feel pushed to sign up with them. The team installing the turf were clearly very experienced and efficient; my huge yard was finished in less than a week when other companies had quoted 3 weeks. Even after the job was done I felt supported... a week later I noticed one of our drains seemed too high, they came out for an inspection the following day and replaced it free of charge. I genuinely can't believe how beautiful the yard is now that it's done! I've had a ton of compliments and I can't recommend Omega highly enough.

Workers did an awesome job.
However..

After spending 10K months ago, I am still waiting for the remaining rock delivery around the planter and turf "brushing" to complete the job.

We had such a wonderful experience dealing with Chris (Owner) and his friendly staff. We had quite the landscaping project in the front and backyards and Chris and his team truly brought my vision into a reality. Very prompt and thorough when communicating throughout the process and was hands on when he needed to be. The only issue we had was poor quality in our fence installation, but that was not Chris or his team, rather a couple of guys who he referred us to. He made sure that he came back himself to repair a few areas that weren’t completed. All in all, a fabulous experience and we would recommend Omega to anyone and everyone who’s looking to have their landscape dreams turned into reality!!

Chris and his team are out of this world talented. I sought the opinion of 5 different companies for this project, and my wife and I instantly felt the most comfortable with him. He finished the entire project in 48 hours, was incredibly responsive and understanding of our wishes, put together a plan that fit our budget, and left the place immaculately clean despite a significant amount of demo work. There are a lot of turf companies out there- and even with my obnoxiously type A personality, this one is the best.

We wanted to go with a local company and we got the pet upgrade since we have two little dogs. We were educated by the guy who does the estimates on how to care for the lawn, despite getting the pet infill, to make sure the lawn didn't smell with time. I did everything to maintain the lawn and prevent any smell and despite being promised that it would be near impossible for it to smell with such small dogs, in less than a year it smells. I reached out to them to see what can be done and I got an email stating that someone would reach out to me. Crickets. It's been over a month and no one reached out, my lawn smells and I spent the extra money to prevent that. It was a waste of money but they were prompt with receiving payment.

Chris (the owner) and the entire team at OmegaTurf did an amazing job for us. We researched several different turf companies and had them come and look at our yard. Chris was by FAR the most knowledgeable in all areas of landscaping, including trees, fencing, how the yard should be sloped for runoff, etc. Having this overall knowledge helps him to make recommendations for types of turf (depending on your lifestyle and yard landscaping). OmegaTurf is also approved for HERO/PASE which was the route we wanted to take. We have spent so much money over the years on re-seeding our lawn and putting down sod, but nothing ever lasts more than a few months because of the type of dirt and southern california lack of rain. Water costs is very expensive, so the cost of keeping the lawn watered is a waste. So we brought in Chris, and his amazing team tore up our large yard and had the beautiful new turf put down in about 4 working days. The entire team was so respectful and worked so effective and fast together...it was a great experience all the way around. And our beautiful new yard makes coming home a lot nicer, and now we spend more time out back than we do inside. We love it! and so do our dogs!

“Naturally Spectacular”

This review is written in appreciation of the superlative transformation of my Rancho San Diego residence by “Gardens of E.V.E” Horticultural Design and "I Love Landscaping" as represented by Emiliana & Maria respectively.

We transitioned from a water needy lawn, shrubs & flowers to a water-wise garden with appropriate irrigation, brilliant lighting and climate friendly variety of plants and trees. A signature achievement is a winding, rocky, lazy river that handily managed the record setting rainy downpour in February. The mediterranean pavers seal an elegant appearance.

My family and neighbors frequently mention how much they admire the project and one has said, “The new look has classed up the neighborhood.” The 3 B’s; birds, bees and butterflies are all making a happy appearance in our vibrant house on Ivy Street.

Gardens of E.V.E. designed a beautiful front and backyard landscape plan with California native and low water usage plants. Emiliana incorporated our landscape ideas and list of plant ideas, giving us insight in what would work and why some would not. The front yard design included a custom layout dry stream bed which has received lots of compliments.

Emiliana Emery helped me bring my Cal Native Garden project to fruition. She was a pleasure to work with and I am so happy with the results. She designed a concept plan with my space in mind, identified and selected the plant mix, arranged for the new plants to be delivered through a local established nursery, coached me on which existing plants should be culled, lead and participated in the new planting, and guided me on all the aspects of what was needed to do to make my project a success. Her expertise in native plants was why I selected her - she knows her stuff! We worked together and I loved every minute of it. She stayed in touch with me afterwords and helped me fix a few follow up items. I applied for and my garden received, with her help, a Wildlife Habitat certification from the National Wildlife Federation. I recommend Emiliana Emery without reservation!!

We are very happy with Working with Gardens of E.V.E. My wife and I have been wanting renovate and change our landscape for a long time and decided to get a landscape professional.
My wife had reached out to different designers and once we had a conversation with Emiliana , we knew we made the right choice.
My wife had a design concept in mind and along with the cost (which we were able to maintain).
Emiliana was very patient and took the time to listen to my wife and my suggestions before we started the project.
She had designed a beautiful lay out template and recommended plants, rocks and flag stone to use with our succulents.
During the time of the installation her and her recommended landscaper worked well with us and allowed us to make some configuration changes.
The work was done professionally and before leaving the site always ensured the yard was clean.
We are very happy with the design, the work and the plants are filling in beautifully.
