I have used Under The Rug Carpet Cleaning La Mesa for the last 3 years since I moved here. They are very responsive, do great carpet cleaning work, and are always on time.

I would give this company more stars if I could. Their level of service and performance is amazing. I could not be happier. They do a great job communicating with you when scheduling and on arrival times. My carpet looks brand new and they also got out some pet stains that I thought would not be possible. Edward took great care of my carpet, was very nice with answering all of my carpet questions such as care and maintaining it and was a great guy to get to meet and talk to. I will be coming back for all my future carpet cleaning needs. This company is amazing!

Shane was amazing! He was detail oriented and really took the time to make sure our carpets were as perfect as could be. Our carpets had not been professionally cleaned in over 8 years; his work was cut out for him. In fact, we thought we may have to replace our carpet all together. However, he worked and re-worked areas and our carpet came out, honestly, looking brand new! We could not believe it. He even got some super tough spots and built-up bay/moisture residue out of our carpets as well. We could not be happier, and we told our new tenants that he is the only person we want cleaning our carpets! Thanks, Shane!

We had Shane and his team help us with a short term rental property that had a couch and rug mistreated by guests. They were quick to get us scheduled, and communicated the day of about their arrival and sent pictures of the items when it was complete since we were not on site. We will absolutely continue to use them to help maintain the items within our property.

I recently had a room mate move out and leave everything totally disgusting when they left without cleaning or having the carpets cleaned like they were supposed to so I asked around with my friends and a good buddy of mine who owns Pure Auto Sales recommended Shane and his team and I'm glad he did.

Shane answered my call right away and got me booked the next day with such great prices I decided to have my entire house, furniture and mattresses done.

I had a great experience using Accountable Carpet Cleaning! Shane contacted me and was courteous, professional, and very reasonable with his pricing. His scope of work was to clean the tile and grout in our 10+ year-old kitchen floor, and now we can practically eat off it. Good pricing, professional, and exceptional work. From the beginning the quote was fair and the price was set upfront without any hidden fees (as advertised on their website). Shane confirmed the day before and let us know when he was on his way; he even let us know when he was delayed by a couple of minutes because of unexpected traffic. Shane was very friendly and respectful; you can tell he enjoys his job and prides himself in providing an excellent service. Our couches look like new and we could not be happier by the job performed by Accountable Carpet. There is a reason why Accountable Carpet has so many great reviews. We didn’t think our two and a half year old WHITE couch and recliner could be cleaned well. We called and were surprised that Accountable could come out so soon - in only two days!

Brian arrived on time after confirming with a phone call that he was on the way. That’s pretty good! Then Brian (a great ex-Marine - thanks for your service, Brian!) started work on the white sofa (yes, the one that was now kinda gray and tan). He took a good long time making sure that it was spotless. And the sofa ended up looking like new. Really.

Our three upholstered chairs also turned out fantastic! Next, Brian started on the light beige carpet that was neglected for a couple years. He again took his time, making sure everything looked good. And it indeed looked great!

Like I said, we couldn’t be happier with the job. Quick response to our call, ability to get us scheduled quickly, thoughtful communications, and a wonderful, complete job.
