Had a great experience with Shane from Accountable Carpet Cleaning. He cleaned our couch after we had a new puppy and unfortunately went to the bathroom on the couch far too many times.

Shane was able to make the couch look and smell new again. He put in extra time and effort to make sure it was clean and threw in some extras on the carpet around the couch.

Great experience with accountable carpet. Very responsive. Brian showed up at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job in our high rise, two floor condo, which was not easy. We had just moved in and the carpets hadn’t had a professional cleaning for quite some time. It’s clear Brian took pride in his work and it was important to him that we were satisfied. The owner also followed up to be sure we were happy. Overall a great experience. I will use them again.

Shane came to my house and cleaned my recliner and one of our couches. He was friendly and professional and quick. It took about 2 hours. We have two big dogs who have their run of the house and he was able to clean the furniture to the point of looking brand new. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Steve and Shayne are so awesome at what they do. Their work is immaculate. We’ve had them come 1 every year to carpet clean, clean our sofa and outdoor furniture. They pay extra attention to detail and make sure that everything is as perfect as can be. We have a dog and young kids and things get dirty super quick. It’s worth every penny.

Shane, the owner of Accountable Carpet responder to me quickly when I reached out to several different companies for estimates. His quote wasn’t the lowest but it was extremely reasonable and his reviews looked great.
He communicated with me directly, gave me an hour window within which to expect him and he arrived in the early part of that time frame.
We’ve had our carpets done several times in the past and have always been left with a few of the deeper stains remaining but Shane was able to clear out all the old spots and stains and left our carpets looking (almost) as good as new. I’m very happy I chose Accountable Carpet Cleaning to take care of us and would recommend them to anyone looking for the best carpet cleaning services in San Diego.

Accountable Carpet was recommended to me by a friend. I needed to have some upholstery cleaned, and I called them in the afternoon after my dog had an accident on my sofa. They had a cancellation so they were able to come the next morning. Brian was great! He was punctual, respectful of the house, and meticulous. I could not have been happier with the results, and was a good value for the quality of the work done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Fantastic service!! First time using Shane and Brian and communication prior to the appointment was great and very straight forward. Brian was promptly on time and geez did he do a good job. I honestly don't know why I haven't gotten my couch done sooner! It feels like I have a brand new couch :) :) :) He even helped me sweep up the mess from behind my couch that i forgot to do before he arrived! I messaged this company for a quote to clean a large dog-hair ridden sectional and received a message and a phone call within minutes. Shane guided me through the process, worked within my budget to give me a quote and made scheduling easy.

On the day of, Shane was professional, thorough, and overall a pleasure to work with. He worked around my housekeeper at the beginning and did an outstanding job removing hair and cleaning the couch. It took him 90 minutes less than anticipated and the couch looked amazing (even though he said he wasn’t happy with how much hair he got out, I was!) After he even mopped himself to the door! 10/10 would suggest to friends. :-)

Brian and Shane are great. Very professional, responsive and friendly. Great communication every step of the way. My couch and loveseat look beautiful after the cleaning. They have portable equipment which is a must if you live on the second floor or higher - I called other companies who could not serve me because of my location on the second floor, but these guys got the job done! Very thorough cleaning - every square inch of my couch was cleaned. I highly recommend them!!

I am very picky about people I hire to enter my home and perform work, but based on the other reviews I read for Accountable Carpet Cleaning, I felt very comfortable hiring them, and I'm so glad I did! Shane was very responsive when I reached out for a quote, and was punctual when he arrived to clean our carpets and couches. His price was fair and the work was very impressive. We had him clean the carpets in 5 rooms and our couch and area rug, and everything looks brand new. He was even able to get out a pet stain with odor that we had from our dog. Excellent service and affordable rate!! My 7 year old carpet looked brand new when Brian was finished, all the dirt was gone! I was also worried going in the smell of the cleaners would be too strong, but it was pleasant, clean smelling and definitely not overwhelming. Will be hiring again for regular cleaning!

Shane and Brian were amazing today. I needed a clean up on stairs and they made it happen within hours. Super clean, super hardworking and very pleasant to have in my home. I couldn’t recommend them more! The last thing I should mention is I’m very allergic to fragrances and extremely sensitive to smells and I have had no issue with the scent of the deodorizer at all. After 8 years and 2 dogs, we were overdue to get our large sectional cleaned. This is by far my most favorite couch I've ever owned so I wanted to ensure I found the right company to come clean it. Based on the phenomenal reviews that Accountable Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning had, I requested a quote. Shane contacted me in less than 45 minutes and gave me a quote. He then called to get additional detail and to confirm my appointment.

Shane texted the day prior to confirm my appointment and arrived right on time. He and Damien were polite, friendly, and very conscientious of our home (they even asked if it was okay to walk on the floors with shoes on before entering). They were incredibly thorough on the couch cleaning - it looks as good as the day we bought it! Shane also guarantees his work and asked me to call or text him if we aren't completely satisfied.

We just did some remodeling in our home, which resulted in a ton of dust everywhere. We got a few quotes for carpet and couch cleaning, and Shane's quote was the most competitive. Brian was ahead of schedule on the day of our appointment and arrived early, but he was courteous by letting us now in advance and giving us the option of starting our appointment earlier or as scheduled. He did a great job on our carpet and was very thorough with our 6 piece modular sofa. He was very nice too. He saw our contractor moving our new gas range into the kitchen, and even offered to help. Two weeks later, my mom came to visit and inquired if we got our carpet cleaned because she said she could feel the difference. We'd hire Accountable Carpet again, next time we need carpet/couch cleaning.

I have used Accountable Carpet Cleaning for the last 6 years since I moved to SD. They are very responsive, do great work and always follow up. They even have thrown in area rugs for free on occasion. Really well ran small, local business that provides excellent service.

Set up an appointment with Shane and had to change date due to roofing issue. Shane was wonderful and flexible. Brian came out and cleaned two chairs and a rug. He took great care and the 5 year old chairs and rug look like new again! Brian even helped put the rug back under the bed. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. Shane was super responsive even after hours to my original inquiry and sent me a quote right away after sharing the details and sending a photo. He was able to schedule my appointment quickly and sent me a reminder as well as a note when he was on his way. He was on time and did a fantastic job cleaning my couch and ottoman.
