Reviews of local pros in Ladera Ranch, California

Tom & his crew did a fantastic job on our windows! They were very professional & the windows & tracks are ✨sparkling ✨clean, just the way I like them! We will definitely hire Blue Coast Window Cleaning in the future.

They did an amazing job on my house! They were professional and worked quickly. Our back glass wall was very dirty and had sap that I had been unable to remove. After Blue Coast cleaned the windows, they are crystal clear and clean! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended service! Tom is a friendly and awesome person, providing a high standard of service. He provides professional cleaning throughout the process and in a timely manner. The windows are super clean, this is the reliable company I’ve been looking for. Definitely worth your money, it's a great experience.

I had been meaning to call and set up a window cleaning at my home, but because we are so busy, kept putting it off. I noticed my neighbors having their windows done, and what a beautiful job the company was doing, so I called them. They were able to accommodate me the next day, and I was extremely pleased with their service. My windows sparkle inside and out, my screens are fresh and clean, and all tracks were cleaned. Great job, competitive price, would highly recommend Blue Coast Window Cleaning.

We have used Tom and his team for our windows for a few years. Tom communicates quickly and the team is stellar. Our windows sparkle.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I hired this company for a professional window cleaning, and the results were incredibly disappointing.
This is my second time give them a chance and business, and not happy in both times!
Each time I payed $400 and I will share the pics,,and you see if still wants to give them a business!
The Manager or Boss who his name is Tom,,
He is not even responsible to your phone calls or txt massages to take care of the issues!
So rude and not professional at all!
I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking quality window cleaning.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Look no further, you won’t find anyone better for the job! I can’t say enough great things about the crew at Blue Coast Window Cleaning. I very recently had them do two, two story homes for me. They came out perfect! They are extremely professional, very kind and helpful and excellent at what they do. They even offered me help with things I was working on out of the kindness of their hearts. I trust them in my home and will never go to anywhere else! Thank you so much! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can’t say enough about this business. They do an amazing job. Our house is all windows and glass doors and couldn’t see a single speck. He has professional and friendly workers. As they had the equipment, I asked Tom if they can also do a quick power wash on my garage door and they did so without hesitation. And by the way, they do our Christmas lights, too. Very neatly installed (you can barely see any wires) and neatly stored afterwards. We will use them for life. Can’t thank our neighbors enough for recommending them. I highly recommend them, too.

I have used Blue Coast twice to clean the exterior & interior windows of our single story home. The 2 person team was efficient at cleaning the windows & screens quickly & without streaks. I would highly recommend them. Scheduling was easy and the crew was on time.

Tom and his crew saved the day when we were desperate for help with our Christmas lights! They far exceeded any other services we had used prior for this. Tom is easy to work with and super responsive. Highly recommend!

Terrific communication, friendly and accommodating. Definitely show pride in their work! My new “go-to” window cleaning service! So happy to have finally found a reliable company with fair pricing!

As a business owner, I most appreciated the respectful demeanor of the staff upon early arrival for our appointment which was after hours. The flexibility to come in the evening to accommodate my schedule, work diligently while taking feedback, and being responsive are just the top of many reasons I will be continuing doing business with Tom and his team.

Thank you for your work ethic and openness to meeting our needs. Whereas one of your competitors declined to keep a scheduled appointment due to Santa Ana winds and our needs not meeting their schedule, you not only responded quickly, but also sent me a team of hard working, no-nonsense individuals.

My staff noticed the clean windows and said, “it doesn’t even look like there is a glass”

We look forward to working with you. ☀️

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve had my entire home done a few times now (interior and exterior window cleaning) and they consistently do great work. The windows and patio doors all look fantastic. Tom and his team are always very thorough but they work quickly. The pricing is very competitive as well.

They did an amazing job on my windows! They look so clean it's hard to tell there is actually glass there! I would recommend them :)

Tom and his employee did an excellent job cleaning our windows. Both were friendly and professional. They completed the job quickly but didn't cut corners. Excellent quality! And their price was competitive.
I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Coast.

We hired Blue Coast to perform exterior and interior window cleaning as well as pressure wash our back patio. Setting up the appointment and obtaining an estimate was very easy thanks to their well developed website. Tom and Patrick arrived in the afternoon (after letting us know in advance they were running late) and did a wonderful job performing the work. Really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Our windows, including a slider and double French doors, looked incredible after multiple years without professional cleaning. All done at a very competitive rate too.

Great service and excellent pricing. We contacted Tom on a Friday and he had guys out on Monday to clean our windows and solar panels. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.

I’ve hired this company twice to clean both the windows in our home and the glass panels in our backyard. The owner is very prompt and organized. There were two young men who cleaned the windows. They were very professional and well mannered they also did a great job cleaning the windows. I will definitely use them again.

We called Blue Coast on Thursday morning to get pricing and to make an appt to get our solar panels cleaned. Their pricing was competitive and they said they could get us in same day to get the panels cleaned. Communication was great, cleaning of panels was completed, they kept the area neat and clean. Would definitely recommend Blue Coast for solar panel cleaning or window cleaning!

The team at Blue Coast is just outstanding. They communicate well, so thorough work and leave solar panels and windows spotless! This last visit also included a whole house power wash from roof to sidewalk and it was an amazing transformation. Highly recommend the Blue Coast Team!

I am a happy, repeat customer! They did a detailed and thorough job while being careful with my things. Spotless windows and screens at a very fair price. Easy to schedule and courteous workers! I highly recommend them.
