Reviews of local pros in Ladera Ranch, California

Used Blue Coast for the first time. It was a great surprise. Very professional and they did a great job on the windows and solar panels. Will definitely use them again.

I’ve used Blue Coast Window Cleaning a few times and they have done an excellent job. Their service is very professional, the crew was extremely courteous and attentive to my needs. They also cleaned my solar panels. I couldn’t believe the before and after pictures they showed me. It was amazing! If you have solar panels you need to get them cleaned on a regular basis for optimum efficiency.
I highly recommend Blue Coast! You will be glad you did!

Amazing and fast booking process. Requested a quote and responded that same day within 2 hours and book the service for next day. The team did great work and my windows were sparkling clean.

Tom and his team are Blue Coast Window Cleaning are first rate in every category; professionalism, timeliness, excellent work ethic, quality of the complete service. And, a very nice and respectful crew. I had windows, solar panels and gutters all cleaned. Very fair and reasonable prices. Highly recommended and will rehire again. Tom even texted me when it was about to rain and asked if I wanted to defer my service. Most appreciated! Great company in a world that seems to have lost sight of providing great customer service!

I was referred to Blue Coast Window Cleaning from a very reputable and reliable source. I was with my existing window cleaning provider for 20+ years and was very happy with their services they just continued to increase and changes prices every couple of years which I can’t tolerate. I booked with Tom the owner a very long time in advance, I was worried perhaps he might not remember we scheduled our appointment. Tom and his crew showed up on time, they did a great job, I had my windows cleaned (including tracks and screens), my roof power washed, solar panels and house (along with hard scape around the property). I was very happy with all services performed. Tom and his crew were very professional and tidy. They also did not disturb the house which his important since multiple members of the household work from home. I will defiantly be using Blue Coast Window Cleaning again in the future. I would also recommend them to friends, family, colleagues. Kudos Tom to you and your professional and successful team. Wishing you continued success.

The team came on time prepared. They are very polite and respectful. Did a wonderful job. I will. definitely recommend them!

Tomek and his team were a dream to work with to have my solar panels cleaned. It is like having a brand new system again. Could not recommend them more! 10⭐️ if I could!!!

I had Tom at blue coast window power wash my driveway, backyard and courtyard. He gave a fair quote, worked diligently and did a great job! Everything looked so nice, I couldn’t wait to go outside and eat on the patio because everything was clean and fresh! great!”

I've used Blue Coast a couple of times each year since 2021. They not only do our windows, but they also powerwash the hardscape in our front and back yards. They powerwash our patio furniture as well. The crews are always kind, respectful, and professional. They show up when scheduled. I definitely recommend Blue Coast for both window cleaning and powerwashing and will continue to use them in the years to come.

I honestly can’t believe how clean my windows are—it doesn’t even look like there’s glass there anymore! The team was incredibly reliable, fast, and efficient. They worked around my schedule with no hassle, which made the whole process completely stress-free. Their attention to detail is amazing, and the results speak for themselves. I couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking for sparkling clean windows and top-notch service, this is the company to call!

We booked our window cleaning with Blue Coast Window cleaning Service. The 2 man crew arrived on time, They where courteous and respectful of our property and home. The window cleaning was the best we've experienced. We would definitely use this Company in the future and would recommend their service.

Lived in apt for 10+years and have never had the windows cleaned! :( Not only did Tom show up when it was lightly raining…he did a fantastic job!
Can FINALLY see out of them!! Definitely was well worth the money spent! Thank you again Tom!

This is my second time using Blue Coast. The quality of work is amazing! Not only do my windows sparkle but the rest of my house didn’t get damaged in the process. They are very carful with our landscaping, white curtains, carpeting and our white walls. It’s nice to know they care and respect your property. Thank you, Tom!!

I hired this company for a professional window cleaning, and the results were incredibly disappointing. Within just two days of their visit, my windows were showing white lines. When I requested the cleaner to clean all the white spots, he mentioned that cleaning it would take an entire day, which is perplexing given their supposed expertise.

Moreover, what was even more frustrating the charged me an additional $120 to the initial quote. I expected a thorough and professional service, but instead, I received poor quality work.

I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking quality window cleaning.

Could not recommend more! We will be using blue coast window cleaning for future properties as well! Highly recommend and and also amazing prices! You can't beat them. Also Tom responds effectively and efficiently. I included some of the listing photos out the window to show the job.

Michael did a great job! He did a detailed job on our windows! They look great and he was thoughtful with taking care of the area around the windows. He was kind and professional! We will definitely be hiring them again.

I read about this compant about a month ago as I was looking for somebody to do our windows as a surprise for my wife as she is traveling out of the country right now. I came across the reviews for Blue Coast Window Cleaning and they were phenomenal multiple five star reviews and, excellent feedback in terms of the owner Tom’s follow up with setting the appointment managing the expectations.
They just finished doing our two-story house today. They cleaned the screens thoroughly as well as the windows inside and out. I think they even cleaned a couple of the windows on the outside twice because they were so dirty They wore booties on their shoes to protect the carpeting even though our carpeting doesn’t need protecting :-)
The crew finished in four hours very respectful of the property very respectful of my time as I was working out the house. I highly recommend them!! One more thing I will say is I thought their price was reasonable compared to other quotes we have had before and other jobs we have paid for before.
I sent Tom a text letting him know that we would be using him again and I would be more than happy to recommend his services to anybody that wants a professional job done on theirs windows in a timely manner and done to what I think is perfection.

Amazing, efficient, friendly, reasonably priced. The before and after pictures amazed us. Thank you Blue Coast Solar Panel Cleaning. We definitely will call you again !

They do a fabulous job, are very careful not to damage our clay tile roof and are always friendly and on time.

Fast response, great price, friendly service. What more could you want. It boiled down to $10 a panel, I’m not sure but I think it would be hard to beat that. Thanks Tom to you and your crew!

Tom is wonderful. He and his staff are so professional and reliable. They do a fantastic job every time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone!
