We had a leak in our roof during some heavy rain earlier this year and ended up having a good amount of water damage to our wall and floor. After getting a high estimate from another company, we felt the need to get a second quote and were so happy we found ARC. Nina helped get some technicians to our house very quickly to determine the scope of work we needed and gave a very fair, and much more affordable, estimate. The work was scheduled shortly thereafter and all of the problem areas were addressed exactly as we needed. I really appreciated the professionalism and efficiency, and couldn’t recommend ARC more!

We had a roof leak during one of the storms that made our kitchen ceiling bubble and pour water down on us! This was right before a vacation!
Quickly called and spoke with Nina who was able to get her team out the next day to start the mitigation process. While it was the most stressful timeline she was able to walk me through all the steps needed to prevent mold and connected with our insurance claims adjuster and helped me get it all sorted out.
We ran the dehumidifier to prevent mold while we were gone with the demo set for the morning after we returned.
Her team was prompt, efficient and super clean! Other than the hole in the ceiling you would not have known they were here they left everything so clean!
