Nina was very proactive and communicative when a leaky pipe issue caused some damage recently. Although we chose a different company to do the restoration (long story short), the reason wasn’t service or price. I would recommend ARC to my friends and family.

At the start they said they would help with insurance. In reality I had to pay everything up front and chase reimbursement myself. The estimate and the invoice didn’t match - different amounts and vague task names. When I asked for clarification by line item, I didn’t get a clear response. It made an already stressful water emergency even harder. Consistent paperwork and guidance on the insurance process would have helped a lot. Awful service, I was disappointed

I was referred to ARC and had them come out to do a (relatively) small remediation of some mold in our bathroom ceiling, which involved taking down some wall, opening up the ceiling, and removing some tiles.

ARC was really wonderful. They were communicative, transparent, down to earth, honest, and hard-working. The crew that came out was respectful and knowledgeable.

Water is my biggest fear as a homeowner and, while there was some sticker shock (as there always is) with the work, I never got the impression that the price was unreasonable, artificially inflated, or not a good value.

Amazing speed in their response and the onsite team explained their work efficiently! They did everything they said they would and helped save the house from any further water damage. Highly recommend!

The crew addressed the main issue, but protection wasn’t laid everywhere - we were left with dust and tape residue on surfaces. I also found debris after they left. The pickup of equipment was rescheduled twice without warning, and the loud dryers stayed longer than planned with no progress check. Before closing a job like this, I expect a quick clean-up and to be notified about any schedule changes. This is not professional service

I worked with ARC Water Damage twice: In December 2024 to remove mold from kitchen cabinets, and again in July 2025 to remove mold from the garage. I was impressed both times! Prices were reasonable, the crew was efficient in their work to isolate affected areas and remove damaged items, and Nina was very responsive with scheduling communication. Nina also assisted in finding contractors to install new drywall and rebuild cabinets. I hope that I don't have any more mold problems in my 1897 house, but if I do ARC Water Damage will be who I will call!

I arrived to a home with a plumbing leak under there home. After looking under the crawl space it was immediately evident sewage was leaking under the home. There was standing water and a large mess. I referred ARC and said we couldn’t make the repairs until the area was cleaned up. To my surprise they were out the very same day to clean up the mess and we were able to get right out the following day to help our customers. My guys said it was like there was never a mess when they went under the home to make the repairs. Excellent customer surface across the board. ARC is my go to for any restoration needs!
