Carl, Dennis and Kenny exceeded our expectations today with our panel upgrade. They coordinated with the City to obtain the necessary permits, as well as with SDGE to turn the power off and back on, all within the same day as the installation! They arrived on time, communicated clearly at all times and all three of them were professional, friendly and smart. The job site was kept spotless and organized at all times, and there was no trace of them having been here after the job was completed. We absolutely would recommend the Dana Point team of Tradesman Electric for any electrical project, big or small! We have had this scheduled for a while and we were actually dreading it, but it went smoother than we could have imagined. These guys are true professionals!

We were having issues with different appliances going out in my granddaughter's condo and were concerned that the electrical might be faulty. Needless to say, we were very concerned about a fire! Reed Hallett is the Project Specialist who came to check things out for us. After a thorough investigation, he was able to put our minds at ease. Reed explained how a power surge had "fried" the garbage disposal. He answered a LOT of questions from us about different electrical "issues/concerns" without making us feel awkward/stupid for asking them. Reed was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable about his trade. We wouldn't hesitate to have Reed Hallett do any future electrical work we might need/want to have done. He is such a nice, courteous young man and a joy to talk to. I am certain Tradesman Electric is very pleased to have Reed as an employee!

Deen and Matt were early to their appointment, professional and kind in their demeanor, and efficiently determined what my electrical issue was (faulty light fixture) and a fried / broken wire. They installed a new switch and removed the faulty chandelier relatively quickly and were kind to explain everything as they went. I appreciated great communication: text confirmations of the appointment and a notification when they were on their way.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Deen and Matt to friends and family. I hope to be able to install a new fixture myself but am glad to know I can call them for help if needed.

The service technician, Matt, was great! He was very professional and a very nice guy. He showed up on time, installed my smoke/carbon monoxide detector, and did it with a great, personable attitude. This is my second time using The Tradesman Electric.

I needed emergency replacement of my electric panel because thr lights in some areas of my house were flickering and would go off and on. Contacted multiple electricians through Yelp. Tradesmen were able to come out the soonest. Kenny and Nick diagnosed the problem on Monday, came back to do prep work on Tuesday. Carl and Ricardo came out on Wednesday 7:30am on time to install new panel. All 4 of them are just wonderful! Professional, wore mask, kind and meticulous. I am so relieved now my house is safe. I will definitely use them again!

Kenny the technician was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was not able to figure out my problem and so I only gave a 4 star rating. Not feeling too good about that but I am hopeful that the problem will get resolved and I will update my rating up or down depending on the outcome. To be continued. Ok so I had to have them come back out as they didn’t get the problem fixed the first time. Today was a success! All problems fixed and this time it was a different guy, Carl, he was super knowledgeable and took his time to get it figured out. I’ve got aluminum wiring in my house that can cause unusual problems. Great guys to work with and great guys working for the company. I’d call and use them again.

I can't believe the fast and professional response by Tradesmen Electric! I'm a roofing contractor of 31 years and in the midst of a project in Mission Viejo we had a circuit breaker issue and couldn't figure out the problem so I Googled a local electrician and Tradesman Electric answered right away and their technician Dennis was on site within the hour. Dennis was super professional and figured out the issue almost immediately and got it fixed so we could continue our work without interruption. Don't call anyone else just give them a call and I'm sure you'll be satisfied!
