Zach came out to service our two heat pump / air handler systems. He showed up on time and with a smile. Clearly this man loves his job! 😃 We have a Mitsubishi system which not all contractors service so were happy to find that Just Right Services did. They have a great discount for scheduled maintenance which includes two services yearly. Thanks JRS! See you in six months.

We have been very impressed with the work that Just Right has done for us. The removal of our old furnace/compressor and the replacement with a multi-zone heat pump system wasn't simple, and it took significantly longer than was estimated. The few problems we found with the operation of the system were attended to very quickly and we are confident that any future issues will also be handled very well. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Then, few days later, our water heater sprang a leak. We got an estimate the same day, and then quickly arranged the work. It was done on-time and is completely satisfactory.

There was a bit of a smell when the HVAC unit started heating in the winter but a move of the UV light fixed it. The thermometer was also moved to reduce its inherent inaccuracy

We now plan to sign up for their service plan which seems very reasonable.

I am so impressed with Just Right Services! Our AC stopped working and when I called to make an appt, they fit me in the same day! Drew, the owner, and Brian came out to diagnose the problem. They were both very nice, very thorough in checking out our AC units, and then took their time explaining in detail the problems as well as options to fix the unit. I really appreciated their level of care and the time they took to explain everything! They had our AC up and running in no time. They were very honest and I didn’t feel like they were upselling or overcharging me as I’ve felt with other companies. I signed up for their maintenance plan because I was so pleased with their service. I highly recommend them, actually I’ve already recommended them to 2 friends that are having AC issues as well!

This is our maintenance second service with JR. I chose them because they are certified with American Standard. Everything from booking the appointment to the service itself was outstanding. I am happy to now be confident that our units will be taken care of efficiently. Highly recommend Brandon.

My technician was Zach and he was terrific. I signed up for Just Right Services maintenance program and Zach was very thorough as he went through every part of my HVAC system. He repaired some faulty wiring and went over the entire service with me in detail. Definitely a five star service call!

Zack was awesome. Very friendly and customer service was unreal. New exactly what to do and did it cleanly and quickly. Even went above and beyond patching existing holes to better the esthetic of the install. Can’t recommend him enough. Definitely will be using the company again thanks to Zack.

I had such a great experience with Just Right Services! Zachary and Juan were great from the moment they arrived, they were friendly, respectful, and professional. They explaining the process so I knew exactly what was being done. I really appreciated how patient they were in answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with everything. Once they finished they made sure to vacuum and clean up thoroughly. They not only cleaned all the ducts but also took care of my dryer vent as well. Easy to book, trustworthy, and dependable I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an air duct cleaning service. I also loved that the company sent text updates to let me know when they were on their way. Overall great experience and left my home feeling fresh and clean!!

I had a friend refer me to JR and I was not disappointed. From the ease of booking an appointment to the professional service I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing service! Chris came out to my house to check my equipment which hasn’t been serviced in quite a while. I was surprised that my 25 year old HVAC only needed a new filter! But like I feared, the split a/c upstairs needed to be replaced. I was fortunate that Jared and his buddy were the ones who came out to my house today to install a new unit. They were very efficient and even changed the smoke detector battery for me. I would highly recommend Just Right Services!!

Just right was amazing! They were on time, very professional and did a great job. They explained to me what the problem was and spent hours diagnosing it for $95! After the diagnosis they explained what they were going to do to fix it.
The day they were coming back, the owner called and said he had thought more about my system and came up with a better plan saving me over $1500! Who does that? They do, that’s who. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

exceptional service from first call through 2+ hour inspection with Mitchell, who was so thorough and answered my several questions. Just Right Services was not trying to upsell me but educate me on options and best way to achieve what I was needing and wanting. After water damage mold, being so ill, I now have hospital grade air with AprilAire filter and UV whole home Air Purifier that kills any mold spores and bacteria. The system was updated and fully disinfected. Service by Guillermo and Cicero was excellent and Ali and Michael taking so much time with me as well to answer all questions they could and get the answers asap. I love a great family owned business and such integrity. I can't recommend them enough.

Nick and Drew were amazing in getting me the proper help I needed to sending over a technician almost instantly. The service was professional and prompt. They were well qualified and informative. I was very fortunate to have Brandon assigned to diagnose and fix my HVAC system after encountering a long recurring, complicated issue. He was able to quickly identify the issue and then performed the extensive and time consuming repair (coil replacement) on his own. And, after the repair, he left the system better configured and arranged than the way it was originally installed. I’ve dealt with many HVAC techs over the years, but never had one as smart and professional as Brandon. He’s definitely a master technician able to expertly handle any type of HVAC repair or installation. Thanks for your fantastic service.

I woke up to a cold shower...the hot water heater had stopped working. After trying several times to light the pilot with no success, I went on-line and scheduled an appointment with Just Right Services ( my "go to" plumbing service provider). My requested appointment was quickly confirmed, the service technician, Marsid Shalca, arrived at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the thermocouple, and fired up the pilot. Problem solved. Just Right Services consistently provides timely quality services, their technicians are well trained, friendly and informative. We're very pleased with the service provided by Marsid.

Love this local company. Recently moved and Zachary came out and showed us the entire system and how it works He serviced our two furnaces and got us up to speed. Professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended if you like five star service.
