Terrible customer service, Kevin, the rep I was working with did not have the patience to do the basic job of working with me to get a quote for the job we need, which is installing a water heater, and ended up hanging up on me. Would never do biz with a company that allows its reps to treat potential customers this way.

I will be more than willing to hire this company in the future when we will be in need of any air conditioner assistance. Laguna Hills Plumbing and HVAC Care has relatively lower rates compared to other service providers.

This is a dispatch, not a local service company. They will schedule technicians from far away, which is not timely or efficient. Receptionist and Service tech tried hard to up-sell us on New equipment. Second visit needed because first tech wasn't certified for Freon filling. Not impressed.
