In the past, I’ve typically handled purchasing all the materials myself, but after speaking with Bailey, I felt confident trusting KBF Remodeling and Design with the entire process. He clearly explained every step upfront, which made us feel comfortable and well-prepared before the project even began. He also coordinated seamlessly with our repiping company, ensuring everything transitioned smoothly into the remodeling schedule.

From day one, Bailey was at our home each morning, checking in with his team and keeping me informed about the plan for the day. He was always available by phone or text and consistently responsive, which made a huge difference throughout the project.

I found KBF Remodeling Design on the internet while I was looking for a contractor to remodel my kitchen and possible some other work. KBF was near my house and the website indicated they specialized in what I needed. I met with the owner, gave him a list of what I wanted done and he gave me some good advice on what to do and what not to do. He worked up a quote and I decided to go with him based upon his advice, his level of detail and his professionalism. He seemed like a straight shooter and an honest person who took pride in their work. I couldn't have made a better decision.
We took the kitchen down to four walls and went with all new construction. We did flooring in the entry way, bathrooms downstairs and laundry room. We added vanities for the bathrooms, new toilets, cabinets for the bar and all new countertops. I asked up front if the work could be completed in 4 weeks since we were approaching the holidays. I was told 4-5 weeks, and everything was done and done right within the timeframe. The owner stayed involved and checked in with us regularly. My wife and I liked all of the different specialists who did a fantastic job. We added family room flooring, complete redo of the bar, new stone on the fireplace and much more.
Early this year we sat down and worked out a contract for phase 2 which included a lot of work on the upstairs and living room. We couldn't be more pleased. All of our friends have given us compliments and several have now hired KBF for work in their homes.
If we ever need a contractor we know where to go as KBF does a lot more than Kitchens, Baths and Flooring!

KBF Remodeling Design has remodeled the vast majority of our home. We were very happy with our experience when we first used them for a small bathroom project when moving into our home in 2017. When we decided to do two subsequent massive renovations (2021 and 2025), there was no doubt that we would use them again.

Aside from the quality materials that they use, we found great value in the design guidance. The construction team is skilled and courteous, and included individuals who have been with the company for a long period of time as evidenced by their presence during all three phases of our project over 8 years. The owner is hands-on and involved in every step of the project, including frequent stops at the project site. He is HIGHLY responsive via all forms of communication (phone, text, and email) throughout the project.

I also appreciated the fact that the final invoice was always consistent with the estimate that was quoted at the start of the project (aside from additional changes that were mutually agreed upon as the project progressed). In the rare circumstances when things didn't go according to plan (which was bound to happen at some point when remodeling a 6 bedroom home), they took full accountability and did what was needed to make things right. Without a doubt, they go above and beyond to ensure that clients are satisfied.

Overall, our experience with KBF Remodeling has been fantastic, and we absolutely love the outcome of each of our projects!

I have been working with Bailey for the past fifteen years. I moved from Northern California in 2010 and bought a house that needed significant renovation. After interviewing numerous contractors, both big and small, I chose Bailey because we just seemed to connect, and it turned out to be the right decision! Over the years, Bailey replaced all the flooring, refurbished three bathrooms, and completely remodeled the kitchen in the original house. His prices were always realistic, the quality unmatched, and when I was on a budget, he always found a way to make it work.

When I decided to build an ADU behind the original house, Bailey was my first call to handle the interior. This project was a bit more extensive than replacing floors and cabinets. Bailey designed the kitchen and closets to my wife's satisfaction and essentially completed all the interior work, including painting, fans, toilets, and more.

We used KBF for two separate projects about a year apart. First they put in a new master bathroom cabinet with a beautiful custom-made mirror with lighting. This past month they took out all the carpet upstairs and put in laminate flooring.

Bailey is a joy to work with. He is a man of integrity. He communicates very well and there are no surprises. He makes an effort to give the customer the best possible experience. He and his crews do their work to make the job as minimally intrusive on the customer as possible. The floor they put in upstairs was done very well. They took great care to make sure all the joints were right and everything lined up perfectly. They paid attention to all the details. Their crew was very hard-working and highly skilled.

They moved the furniture very carefully, put tarps over everything, and put the furniture back where it was when the job was done. They were very careful, didn't damage one thing, and put everything back just where is belonged. My wife and I had to do far less that we thought we were going to do.

He took our general ideas expounded on them, giving us further suggestions and ideas but never deviating from our image on what we’d like to see.
