I originally contacted KBF to remodel two bathrooms and the kitchen, but the project eventually grew to include a powder room remodel, fireplace refacing, adding a linen cabinet, replacing all the flooring, and repainting both the upstairs and downstairs of my home.

Bailey came to my house the morning after our first phone conversation to do a walkthrough of the house and discuss my goals. He prepared a detailed estimate of the costs and an overall schedule within just a couple of days. He even itemized optional items so I could decide what to include and what to leave out, which made the decision-making process much easier and more transparent.

Despite these significant, costly issues, Bailey continuously found other work for his team, minimizing downtime and working around other crews. He never used these as an excuse for delays, always focused on our timetable.

Beyond problem-solving, he leveraged connections for discounted, top-of-the-line bathroom fixtures like Grohe. He even replaced our old can lights with new LEDs at no charge, and installed more in other rooms at his cost because we loved them. Bailey's crew, who handled our kitchen backsplash and custom cabinets, worked seamlessly. They were like family, adhering to COVID rules, consistently cleaning up, and making our lives as least intrusive as possible. Their talent is exceptional; I never worried. Any snag was met with clear explanations, options, and Bailey's expert recommendation. Even the Pex pipe guys remarked on his crew's proper work, validating his dedication to reputation.

KBF Remodeling & Design did an amazing job on our full kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, and installing new flooring throughout the house. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the contractor personally stopped by every day — sometimes twice a day — to check the progress and make sure everything was done right. After 20 + years my wife and I decided we were overdue for a kitchen remodel. Not in a huge rush, we took our time and spoke to numerous kitchen remodeling companies & contractors. We wanted to relocate the kitchen sink, which involves some plumbing re-routing. Some companies wanted no part of a sink relocation. Many remodelers focused on a quick turn around, other more focused on the "best price". Both very important, but our main focus was hoping to find a company that could focus on a quality remodel with a keen attention to detail, reasonable priced in a timely manner. A tough request, we started to think we were chasing a "unicorn", until we were driving on Cabot Road in Laguna Hills and saw an office "KBF Remodeling", I had previously read about KBF and decided to stop there. As we entered, Bailey (the owner) greeted us with a non pushy approach. We explained what we were looking for and he took an hour to explain what he could offer. We departed with a good feeling and returned a few days later with a list of questions, Bailey answered everything with specific detail. He later, upon request came to our home and spent 2 hours answering specific questions and giving us some recommendations. Shortly after his departure, we called and requested a quote. He quickly provided a detailed quote that was reasonably priced. But most important was his detailed approach. The best decision we made was to move forward with KBF. He quickly gave us a start date with a breakdown of exactly how and when each phase of the work would be completed. Bailey's team was amazing, highly skilled & proud of their work, plus they showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. Bailey came everyday of the remodel to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions or concerns. Our kitchen came out beyond our expectations! Highly recommend KBF!

I would actually like to give 10 stars. this company is unbelievably amazing. we are more than thrilled with our total kitchen remodel as well as our bathroom. there are so many things we are happy with. The overall remodel is just beautiful. The owner, Bailey, guided us just perfectly. not only was our project done in record time(2 weeks)!!! but Bailey runs a well oiled machine and all of his staff are amazing. We were more than comfortable leaving our home during the day while the employees of the company were working and we even have dogs. Bailey would email us every couple of days to give us a rundown of what was completed and what the next few days would look like in terms of work being done. Every step of the way things were completed just wonderfully. Also, each day the staff were meticulous about cleaning up. prior to our remodel starting our water heater went out and my husband called Bailey just on the off chance that he could help us get the water heater fixed prior to the remodel which he did. Bailey is a very trustworthy person and will be a forever friend after this remodel. i’m very honest in all of my reviews and we could not be more happy with the service of KBF remodeling. KBF remodeling even guided us in purchasing our new appliances and having them delivered and installed timelessly. At the end of the day, the word to describe this company is TRUST.
