JMR HVAC Review.

I received 4 bids to install a new HVAC in my home in Aliso Viejo, JMR was not the cheapest quote, Mark showed up on time, we walked the job, he provided a verbal quote and then followed up in writing.

I agreed to the job, had a bit of a scheduling challenge, Mark was flexible and was also very accommodating. The day of the install the crew showed up on time, my wife told me the crew was very courteous and clean ( very important to me ).

The new system was installed in one day, the installation of all equipment was perfect, the system works extremely well. As a Purchasing Professional I am hard to please, some contractors are just difficult to work with...mark and his team hit a home run. I would highly recommend JMR Heating and AC.

Air conditioning emergencies are real…when the A/C in our large commercial kitchen died, we had staff walk off the job because of the unbearable 111* heat while others took turns standing in our walk-in cooler and freezer. Not only were our employees miserable but this represented a serious spoilage problem for us as we had just purchased a ton of fruits and vegetables for the Fourth of July holiday. The A/C unit we had was old and kaput, completely unrepairable and our landlord (who is responsible for this equipment per our lease) was MIA. Some A/C companies told they were booked up 8 weeks in advance (typical in mid-summer) so I turned to Mark at JMR Heating & Air Conditioning. He understood our need for immediate relief and arranged for a new 3.5 ton unit to be shipped immediately. A few days later he and his crew arrived exactly on time at 6am with a crane, put the new unit on the roof and our kitchen was back to 70* that morning. Our employees and I are very thankful to Mark and JMR Heating & Air Conditioning for their expediency at a very reasonable price. One vendor had quoted us nearly twice what JMR Heating & Air Conditioning charged us claiming that was the cost for “emergency service.”

I doubt JMR Heating & Air Conditioning begins most jobs at 6am but Mark made sure our needs were met ASAP and went the extra mile for our company. This is how loyalty is earned. All I can say is thank you! JMR Heating & Air Conditioning sets the customer care bar so high…their competitors need to charter a plane just to see it.
