Rachel came on time to inspect the water damage. She quietly moved around the affected area to see the extent of the repairs . She communicated clearly, explaining how the construction process works and how they will handle the paperwork with the insurance company. She answered my questions with confidence and clarity. I'm grateful for her helping me understand the process.

Mark, Jaime, and Carlos did such an exceptional job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and kept the space clean. They were also so respectful about making noise, since I work from home. We are so grateful they came to mitigate the mold in our upstairs master bedroom and garage. Thank you Mark and his crew! I highly recommend them.

Here's the MAJOR thing:

I'm the caregiver for the homeowners. The couple are both 100% blind AND they are senior citizens. This crew has been incredibly respectful and it's very evident that they are doing everything in the best interest of the homeowners. There's plenty of companies that sadly don't operate in this same fashion.

Eric from superior restoration came out this week. Repaired the water damage to the electrical room and the fire pump room. Can’t even tell there was ever any damage. Did a great job highly recommend Eric and Dave.

We used Superior Restoration for mitigation and repair for water damage at our property. They were prompt in providing support and great with follow ups for the intended work. They completed the mitigation quickly and efficiently and made sure not to delay any work. Bernice Arcos was specifically very helpful in co-ordinating all the related work. I would definitely use Superior Restoration for any future work.

David was very professional and took the time to explain the whole process in detail as well as very clearly review the recommendations for how to deal with the water damage in my home.

Eric made sure that our water leak needs were met, perfectly installed the toilet paper rack and made further sanding adjustments where needed for touch up. He really went out of his way to make sure that the job was perfect! Thank you Eric!

An addition to my previous post.

After much back and forth with my insurance, everything is finally done. I wanted to mention the amazing folks in the administrative departments at Superior Restoration. Specifically Amber Ritchie.

When my insurance company could not move quick enough with decision making and followups, it was Amber, as the Reconstruction Coordinator, that happily helped manage my needs and really got things over the finish line.

The admin folks don't often get the shout outs. Amber guided me through the minutia of paperwork, billing and helped explain things along the way. This was especially helpful in the absence of clear communications with insurance. She helped ease my anxiety and gave me much needed support during the entire process.

Again, having never had this level of damage requiring mitigation and reconstruction, Superior Restoration every step of the way has been absolutely top notch and professional.

It really does look now, "As if it never even happened".

Great Service from mitigation crew. Got all the water and mold removed upon discovery - Great Great Bunck of guys! Office customer service is amazing - Always answered many questions quickly and with So Much Compassion! I was very worried, and they helped me understand what was happening every step of the way.

Alex Cardenas of superior restoration is a godsend. Under his guidance superior took over the problem we had in our Winchester home. We required major water damage restoration and I can tell you it was no fun before superior came in. Alex kept us informed throughout the entire process. He streamed blind everything and we were grateful to him.

Since this was my second flooding in under 12 months and since my insurance deductible went from $500 to $5000 after the last flood, Derek came out to give me an estimate to see if the cost of mitigation and repairs would be around the cost of my $5000 deductable so I could avoid filing an insurance claim and risk getting cancelled. Derek was wonderful and he is an asset to his company. I was a mess emotionally and Derek put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

We had a leak in my kitchen (Sep 2024) that needed to be fixed ASAP. Called Onestop Plumbers in Corona and they recommended Superior for the restoration part since all my lower cabinets were destroyed (they were old) from all the water damage. Derek T came to my house and was helpful, professional and kind. Then I was introduced to Ed C he works with your insurance very knowledgeable and understanding. Roger and Gustavo were great to work with for the demo part. Then I got introduced to my PM Victor P for the reno. He was detailed and always gave me advanced notice when the guys were coming to my house to work. He is professional and so helpful a dream to work with. His cabinet guy Tim from Cali Custom Cabinets did a remarkable job a pleasure to work with. Raphael put in my beautiful countertop, he is a master at his craft amazing job. Until the very end of my reno, they let go my PM Victor. I was so upset to say the least. Who does that? They didn't let him finish the job. They stuck me with another PM Dave S. He was complete opposite from Victor. My reno didn't get finished until February. It took 5 MONTHS. Ridiculous!! My problem is with the management CORPORATE. They gave me no notice I had to call to find out why no one was coming to my house to finish my kitchen. The guys that worked my kitchen were great people. They Deserve 5 STARS. OFFICE POLITICS shouldn't impact the customer. DON'T HIRE THEM

Dave managed the project from start to finish. He paid attention to details and offered us very reasonable pricing. I couldn't have asked for better service from him or his team. Thank you, Dave!

I had a pipe burst under the slab in my kitchen. I’m a first time homeowner and never been through something like this. Jaime from Superior Restoration provided tremendous customer service throughout the process, explaining in detail each step of the mitigation and demo, and was very supportive navigating me through the insurance claim process. Cruz did an awesome job completing the demo. Everything was contained in one area and cleaned up before he left. He was extremely personalable and professional. I’d highly recommend the team at Superior!

This was my first experience with water damage to my home. I was fortunate to have this company take care of my water damage. The staff at Superior took great care of me and my family through the entire process. The staff are very professional and caring people. I want to thank all of the staff at Superior Restoration, especially Amber, Brian, and Dave. They went above and beyond to help me through the processes. Dave my new floors look great!!
