IEGC and Harvey did work on my home which included popcorn ceiling removal, painting, new lighting, main suite remodel which was a bathroom gut and new floors, walk in shower and new vanity. They also did my backyard with turf and concrete. I recommend IEGC as they are timely and thorough.

Started working with Harvey, Jesus, Jose and Fernando back in 2023. Harvey took 100,000 dollars from me only to abandon my project.. when confronted about the money, he simply said he had financial problems. I will be suing.

It's taking me quite a while to write this review because I wanted to insure accuracy to what I was saying. I hired iegc to replace my kitchen island and flooring after a flooding issue due to a faulty dish washer. I also used them to install my 5-in baseboards and re install my water heater that was set on the side in order to rebuild the cabinet that it goes in. There were issues with everything that had been done. When they rebuilt the island, it looked nice but at some point they lifted the baseboard portion of it into the drywall which created a large crack going around it. When they installed the under sink cabinet to the island, they never installed any type of water lip. When they reattached the plumbing, they didn't use any type of putty and the plumbing was not straight on and eventually came loose and created another leak. My wife and I spoke to Harvey multiple times and he said he was going to do everything he could to make it right. He made multiple promises to us about fixing the problems that were there and claimed he contacted his insurance company and is waiting for a response. They did come in and rip out the old flooring that got damaged because the plumbing issue and they did add the lip on the sink to catch any water leak issues. Upon further inspection, when they reinstalled my gas water heater, they didn't use any type of sealant or tape and it was on loose. We had a gas leak and the gas company came out and gave us a shut-off order because it was leaking 23% gas. It has now been almost 2 years since the original work they've done and Harvey has completely ghosted us. We still don't have flooring installed in our kitchen because we were waiting on him to fulfill his promise of rectifying this issue. Everybody that we encountered with this company was very courteous, respectful and cool to hang out with during this process. The craftsmanship at the end of the day was unacceptable. Even the 5-in baseboards were not sealed properly and have an uneven gap in between them that collects large amounts of dust and dirt now. It would have been one thing if he actually followed through with rectifying the kitchen issue, but to make false promises and then just disappear is absolutely unacceptable.

Sergio did an excellent job installing our subzero refrigerator. He was scheduled only to take measurements but had the refrigerator on hand and did the install immediately. Very efficient and also explained all the needed maintenance for the future. Definitely recommend Sergio for your installation needs!

They were friendly, prompt, very neat and clean. There wasn’t any dust and the had to cut the cabinets! Highly recommend!

This company is an accredited Subzero Wolf Asko appliance installer. They installed an Asko dishwasher without the required “high loop” drainage configuration in the back of the unit. and as a result food from the garbage disposal drained into the dishwasher. The standing water smelled strongly of rotted food. The company refused to reinstall it correctly. After many weeks of no action an installer visited, bundled up mis- installed Drain tubing and screwed it into sink cabinet. He told me that was a perfectly acceptable installation.

Reached out to Costa Lake due to Cove dishwasher repair technician was unable to remove the dishwasher for repair and recommended to call the company who installed, which was Costa Lake. Lily took the appointment then and confirmed the date and said she would call back the day before with the time. She never called and then they stopped answering. Very poor service. I would not recommend.

Costs Lake Installation came out to reinstall our Cove dishwasher after the general contractor installed incorrectly. They were very patient & explained everything to make sure my wife was comfortable the problem was fixed. Very knowledgeable & did a great job. Wish we would have had them install it originally.

Refuses to even call back after multiple calls. Had a Cove dishwasher and two Wolf ovens installed. The Cove dishwasher came loose and it is ruining the panel. Have called and texted three or four times now and not a single response. Told them was willing to pay again to get it done. Nothing back. Have to find someone else. Too bad. They seemed like a nice crew but this is unacceptable.

These guys are amazing. We had many trades walk in our house and they were def one of the best ones. It’s really hard to come by those that have great customer service and great skill. We got both with Sergio. He came by our house many times to verify that everything was correct as far as specification before installing our subzero and wolf appliances.

Costalake is a very friendly company and their installation team is amazing . Got nothing but great customer service from Anthony and Adrian and Freddy and Sergio . .they are all very professional and knowledgeable people who I felt comfortable with my appliance installation . And will be returning for any future upgrades Ty for setting my appliances 😊

We purchased a new dishwasher in April, and as they were leaving this company - delivery subcontractor for Best Buy in San Diego - hit the fire-rated front door of our condo with the old dishwasher and caused the skin to splinter and separate from the fire resistive core. It took 5 months to get it repaired, and the manager of this business, (Lilli) is a disingenuous do-nothing and a liar. Over the course of hundreds of calls and emails, she never once responded directly to our concerns, nor in a timely manner. She said that she was overwhelmed by "too much information" in our emails and claimed to have not received several mails on which she was clearly copied. This company is bad at what they do and not accountable for what they say or claim they will do to resolve bad situations. Only after our threat to litigate this dispute did the repair get made. This was the single worst customer service experience in our lives and it could have been resolved in a matter of days if Lilli had been honest and professional. I recommend that if you learn that this company is installing your purchase, that you specify another service provider or run screaming from the building.

We had a large 48” fridge removed and replaced by another 48” fridge. They confirmed the appointment the day before and called when they were on the way. The 3 man team was friendly and efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. I completely recommend them.

The whole experience was phenomenal. From the very first phone call scheduling my appointment, to the finished appliance install, everyone I encountered was professional and very knowledgeable. Francisco and Anthony showed up to install my new range on time and prepared to do their job. I can’t speak highly enough about the great service I received.

Our stove top stopped working yesterday morning and we needed to find an installer a.s.a.p. All the installers we called were 1-2 weeks out. I got ahold of Lily at Costa Lake installation and she understood our situation and scheduled the install for the next morning. She saved the day and Freddie and Sergil arrived when they said they would and were professional, fast, friendly, and we were cooking for our family of 6 within 24 hrs of when it stopped working. Lily, Freddie and Sergil went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most. Very impressed and grateful!
