Gustavo’s a lifesaver! We had mud stains in our carpet that I tried – and failed – repeatedly to get out on my own over a few days. I finally “gave in” and got in touch with Pro Clean, who was clear with pricing and patient with answering questions. Gustavo came in and handled two areas of our house within an hour and had them looking practically new when he was finished.

The customer service and work were top notch and it was all fairly priced. Sooo worth it, wish I had just committed to it earlier to save myself the stress and effort. Without hesitation I’d recommend using Pro Clean and it’ll be the first option I turn to next time.

I have used Gustavo at Pro Green Carpet Clean for almost 5 years and absolutely love using him! He has always responded promptly to service requests, provided the most competitive pricing, and done an impressively thorough job! Years ago we moved into a home where the previous owners had pets and we contacted Gustavo for help - he was able to work his magic, remove the staining and the smells, and with the enzyme solution, our dog was no longer interested in previously stained area. Gustavo and his brother did a great job cleaning our old and badly stained carpets. He was early, dependable, respectful and a hard worker. I will recommend them to my friends.

Gustavo does excellent job. He cleans my house every year. I can’t believe how reasonable his prices are compared to other companies which can charge at least double or 3 times of his cost. He removed almost all stains from our carpet. Recently I asked to clean our furniture, he did remove all stains from chairs and sofas, all white chairs look brand new. Lastly It’s easy to schedule with him even before holidays. Highly recommended!

Gustavo and his team are excellent. We have used his services twice. From texting him to get a quote, to booking, to communication for confirmation of the appointment to the text when they were en route everything was seamless. Gustavo walked through to analyze our carpet and asked about any concerns we had. He confirmed the cost and went about completing the work. We moved everything we could so that he would not have to waste time doing that.

Once complete he gave us advice on how long we should let the areas dry, where there are no windows for air flow. Invoice professionally sent over by email. We will be calling him every year! They left our carpets VERY clean.

This was my second time using this company. Gustavo is always early, very responsive, and professional. They do a fantastic job and the price is reasonable. I will continue to use them annually for a deep upholstery cleaning.

Do not ever start up your stupendously loud machines before 10:00am. Woke up an entire neighborhood for no reason at 8:00am, and didn't stop for hours. They didn't even do a good job, either. Terrible, terrible service.
