First, let me say that I am so appreciative of how accommodating the owner of 949 Carpet Cleaning was and how he was able to fit me in on the day I needed my apartment's carpet cleaned. The two gentlemen who actually came and did the cleaning did a great job given the state of the carpet.

The outcome of the carpet cleaning done by 949 Carpet Cleaning was far beyond my expectations. They carpet is very old and was heavily stained and I was skeptical as for the possibility of cleaning it. But these guys are real experts and turned the old stained carpet into a new one. The price was also very reasonable. I appreciate this company's professionalism and higly recommend them to all.

I chose 949 Carpet Cleaning because of the 5star reviews. My experience was horrible. The man that came was from a different company, and he said 949 is just a dispatch that sends out other carpet cleaning companies. The guy was unprofessional, began negotiating the price up as soon as he arrived, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and twice asked for a tip. He also damaged two doorways dragging his hose. The special cleaner I paid extra for to remove dog smell was the yellow "awesome" cleaner I've seen at the 99cent store. Be warned, you might get a good one or you might get someone with a trashcan sized portable machine with low suction that leaves your carpets wet, like I did.

I called 949 Carpet cleaning company in a frantic because my dog had an accident on our living room carpet. Thalia, the lady that I talked to on the phone, assured me that they could definitely take care of my problem and what was even better, they could do same day service! I booked with them for a same day service, and had David come out to clean my carpet. David explained in detail the different levels of cleaning they offered and recommended the best one for my situation.
To say I was satisfied with the cleaning is an understatement. I am beyond satisfied and thankful to 949 Carpet cleaning for helping me with my emergency situation. I will definitely be using 949 Carpet cleaning for my future carpet cleanings and will definitely be recommending the company to friends and family.

I’m not one to typically write reviews unless something truly is needed to be said. This company is an absolute waste of time. I called them on Friday to set up a cleaning estimate as soon as possible. They offered me 2-4pm on Sunday, which great I was excited to get it done over the weekend so I could continue my moving process! 3 PM on Sunday rolled around I have not gotten a call or a text or an update, so I proceed to call them and they have no record of my appointment. They say, can we make this right with you and set another appointment for today, Monday 4-6pm with a 20% discount for the inconvenience. I agree and get off work a bit early to be home waiting for them in case they arrive on the earlier side. Again, I wait an hour and give them a call at 5 PM. I get a call back from I assume the person who is going to do my carpet cleaning and he said he will not arrive until past 7pm. Again, my timeframe I was given was from 4 to 6 PM, A second day wasted. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment and will be going to a different company. If you value your time, I suggest calling elsewhere.

They recently cleaned my house, and they did a great job. They gave me their suggestions, and there was no pressure on me to choose anything in particular. My carpets needed additional work because they were old and neglected, but the outcome was well worth it. :)
