I have owned my home for 22 years and never had the dryer duct or vent cleaned. Yup -- that long. So, I thought it might be time to give i a clean. Well, Chris came out on time and ready to work. He pulled out the dryer and took a look at the vent or duct -- mine is really long -- goes from the front of the garage, along the outer wall of the entire garage and then exits. So, Chris started snaking this really long duct and pulled out about half a garbage bag of dryer lint -- I believe some of it was vintage -- more than 20 years old! He had a sort of golf bag fully of snaking tools that he used and cleaned the entire duct, dryer -- everything. He also cleaned up around my washer and dryer too -- essentially cleaned about one quarter of my garage. Moreover, throughout this entire extraordinary event, Chris was cheerful and good-natured -- just like it was business as usual.I thought that Chris would certainly want to charge me extra for cleaning up the huge mess that was my Maytag dryer and dryer vent, but he insisted on charging the normal fee -- which was more than fair. He also gave me a little card and suggested I calendar another cleaning for same time next year. Therefore, I cannot say how pleased -- and even amazed - I was that Chris was able to perform the dryer duct service so professionally and even cheerfully -- even though the mess he had to clean up was nothing less than eye popping. So, kudos to Chris and NuFlo Dryer Vent Cleaning. I will be using them next year to keep my dryer vent clean and my dryer working well. I also recommend that anyone - like me -- who has neglected cleaning their dryer or dryer vent for a while -- call Nu Flo!

We were very pleased with the honest and fine service we were given. Mike called, as he'd promised, a half hour before the appointment, he arrived promptly and did a thorough job. He even made a repair to the old duct that I had requested and did so for only a nominal charge. I highly recommend this business.

Micheal showed up on time. Very pleasant person the job took him around 20-30 minutes. He put everything back in place and left the area clean. I would recommend this company. My daughter used them too last year and happy with them.

Recently, I had Mike from Nuflo come out to my home to clean the dryer vent. My dryer was taking longer to dry clothes than usual. I had a service warranty for my dryer and I did have a technician come out to check out the dryer also. After he serviced it, the dryer still takes a long time to dry clothes. Then, Mike from Nuflo came out and clean the dryer vent, which took about 45 minutes; my dryer appears to be working great now, in the sense that it is taking the same amount of time as it would normally does to dry the clothes. Yet, I wasn't sold on Nuflo. Afterall, it's only the first few loads of clothes. So for the past two weeks, my family has done several more loads of laundry. We've dried the delicate clothes, the heavy duty ones, and truly, the dryer is now working as it should be. I expect my gas bill to be less this month. My experience with Nuflo has been positive. I definitely recommend Nuflo to my neighbors and friends if they need their dryer vent clean.

Excellent Service from wonderful technicians. Chad the technician arrived first but found the job a little more complex than expected. He called the owner, Michael, who arrived within the hour to figure out a solution to our problem. Michael had gone the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. We have a stuckable washer and dryer with a very narrow and tight access to the vent line inside the home, together with an extra long line to the exterior and a smelly dead rabbit somewhere along the way. He took care of it all at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Used Nuflo in the past and they cleared out a rat nest in my dryer vent and gave me tips on how to keep rats out. Referred them to a friend who also appreciated their service last year. Happy to use them again at my new house!

Mike and Chris provide truly excellent customer service. They were able to clean the line but also fix a minor issue with my dryer leaking lint into my attic. They happily climbed into the attic and repositioned my dryer vent sealing the leak saving me from a future fire hazard!

I strongly recommend their services and will be calling them again for a regular cleaning!

He thoroughly cleaned and deodorized my dryer vent and my dryer is now working great and does not take so long to dry clothes as it did. We moved into our new house last week bringing our well-functioning LG washer and dryer with us. I knew that our dryer worked just fine because I had used it at our old house...but it took FOREVER to dry in our new place. I found Nuflo and it had consistently great reviews on Google, Yelp and Angie's list. I left a message after-hours. Michael called me back first thing the next morning and was out the same day to clean the dryer vent. We had a complete block hence the ridiculously long drying times! He explained exactly what he was going to do, managed my expectations very well and went to work. It took him about 30-45 minutes...and once he was done, the dryer worked perfectly...no issues at all and quick drying times have returned! Give Michael at Nuflo a call...you won't be disappointed!

After checking for a dryer vent cleaning service, I saw that Nuflo charged a straight fee for the vent cleaning. Other sites, if they even showed any prices started at a low price then added on items. Michael was nice and informative. He took care of the vent quickly, very happy with the service.

I had my dryer duct cleaned out by another company and experienced problems after he left. Thinking it was the dryer I called a dryer repair man and he indicated that the dryer was fine and there was a blockage in the duct. I called Nuflo and spoke to Michael explaining the situation to him. Michael was very informative in trying to trouble shoot what the problem could be. We set up a date and he came out personally and cleaned the dryer vent line, adjusted the position of the dryer as the space was cramped and he explained to me that the hoses should not be kinked. He did find some residual lint in the ducts. After he left, I tried out the dryer and it worked. I highly recommend this company based on the honesty and integrity of the representative I spoke to - Michael. He was very helpful and did a thorough job when he was here and also offered me suggestions if that did not work. My mistake was I did not call Nuflo from the start.

Great service and price. Mike saved me 300. My tenants told my property management company that the dryer is not working properly.The property management company called their technicians and charged me 75 without fixing the issue. Then they gave me another 300-500 quote for cleaning up the lint in the vent. I'm so glad I found Nuflo, a company with so many good reviews and deliver great service.

Chris, from Nuflo services came out and cleared out our dryer vent, It was so clogged it actually leaked water in the ceiling. I was so happy when he got done.The dryer worked perfectly, no water problems. He was on time, cleaned up the little mess there was. He was very friendly and efficient. Michael was great! He told me how to test my dryer to make sure it was a vent problem and not a dryer problem before he came to my home. He arrived promptly, price was reasonable. No problems. I would definitely recommend Nuflo.

The technician who came to service our dryer was professional and diligent. He made sure the duct was thoroughly cleaned and took great care in doing so. This was our first time having our dryer serviced and the technician took the time to explain the process and general upkeep needed on our end. I would highly recommend Nuflo!

Read the reviews for this company which is why I contacted them and after speaking on the phone with them and the price they charged (much less expensive than other companies researched) for the service is why I scheduled my appointment with them. The service they provided to clean out my poorly designed dryer vent system was fantastic. Very professional from the start of the phone call to make the appointment to their service technician (Antonio) who was professional, thorough and friendly. Antonio cleaned up everything and you couldn't even tell he was even there afterwards. The flow increase for the dryer system was a night and day difference after the service was completed. HIGHLY recommend this company.

I wasn't actively looking for a dryer vent cleaning service. I was on Nextdoor and happened to stumble across a very good review that someone posted about Nuflo so decided to call them. When I initially called Nuflo, I got a voicemail but Michael called me back right away. I ended up booking an appointment and Peter came out within the 2 hour window they committed to and he was very friendly and professional and happy to answer the few questions I had. Apparently I had a huge build up of lint that I was unaware of. The price is reasonable and I highly recommend the service to prevent a potential fire and aid the performance of the dryer. I will hire Nuflo to come out again in the future.

I had a booster fan for my dryer vent break on me. Mike, the owner, from Nuflo took extra time to explain what options were available and answered all my questions. In the end I decided to just remove the booster fan and put in a temporary duct where the booster was (so I can use my dryer again). Chris and Bryan from Nuflo took out my fan and cleaned the dryer ducts. The two were punctual, professional, and answered all my questions I had for them. My dryer is drying clothes faster now without clogged ducts. I will be going back to this company to put in a permanent fix in the near future. Great company, great customer service, and they put the customers needs first. I highly recommend them.
