Excellent Company. I use them regularly. I am always pleased with the service and the techs.. We are signed up for annual maintenance. They confirm the appointment time and which tech is coming and let me know when they were on their way. The technicians arrives promptly and performed the maintenance needed, tested everything and it was great. We now use this company for our annual and semi-annual maintenance needs.

Spring maintenance checkup time today and our very smart and personable Service Tech arrived, did a thorough run-through so that we are prepared for Summer heatwaves.Whew! Our twice-yearly contract has been well worth it. MV keeps our system ready to use, and we use it a lot. Thanks Martine and MV. October 2024. Martine thoroughly checked our system today. Great job. May 2024, Our heatpump system passed the Spring Maintenance test thanks to diligent regular checkups! Thanks Iman! Dec 2023 And the great service continues even right at Christmas when The Heat Went Out. WIthin hours our expert Tech Chad arrived and quickly diagnosed and fixed!! MV Heating & Air (+ Chad with Tony manning Control Central at 7am!) Saves the Hol-i- DAY! Thanks so much for always being there for us. -Julie and Neil. UPDATE: Five more stars for Mission Viejo Heating & Air (formerly Allen Air). When Jason Allen sold Allen Air, I was concerned that I was going to miss his great service. But Jason, being a great Owner and Technician and businessman, selected a TOP NOTCH company to hand us over to! So now we've been regular customers for about 3+ years and we are so grateful to their entire crew who is so responsive to our calls for quick service, and they know what they are doing. Tony fields the calls and is a great asset for triaging the problem and scheduling quickly (and to my convenience). We have an older heat pump/hvac system that they keep in fine working condition. Chad has been out for maintenance and leak sealant, and our system continues to be reliable. Thanks Chad! 5 Star Reviews follow Jason Allen everywhere! We are repeat customers who depend upon Heating and Air Conditioning desperately because we like our home to be comfortable. Having a hot house in the summer is NOT an option. Therefore, finding an exceptional and super competent HVAC Contractor for Service , Installation, and Repair is truly mandatory.

Jason responds quickly to our calls whether or not it's an emergency or standard service. He is all about "solutions" - and that is really important. In the past we have had hvac techs who are all about the bottom line ($$), but that is not Jason. All of his reviews through the years are 5 Star, and there is a reason for this. With his willingness to communicate in a very personable manner, he can quickly assess the problem, and then goes about trouble-shooting, and with great accuracy.

Every solution comes with an explanation that makes sense, and we have always felt that he has done the very best to keep the system repaired and running at optimum performance. Ours is a heat pump (electric) that generates both heat in the winter, and air conditioning in the summer. We use it all the time, all year around (Central HVAC). He is keeping our system performing perfectly, and his prices are very reasonable!

Like all his other 5-star reviews, you will be over-the-top thrilled when you call Jason for Service or Repairs or Installations. Additional Skill - Jason was here today to install and connect an Ecobee smart tthermostat to our Alexa system. He's a great teacher, too. 5 More Stars!

Was able to get a same day appointment, good communication leading up to the arrival, technician thoroughly explained his diagnostic process, what he was observing, what he was fixing, how he was measuring that the solution worked, and stayed for 15 minutes after the work was complete to ensure the problem was resolved

Not only more affordable than other HVAC providers, but offering better systems (Carrier). I Got Martin and J.C. (was him?) servicing my home. Not only bear with my infinite amount of questions, but also where friendly all the time.
They use they equipment right (not like other providers that just do it for the show). They check temperature differential as they should be doing it.

EXCELLENT service, Highly recommended.

Hired these folks to remove and reinstall my AC while I renovated my deck. They were $200 cheaper than one of the bigger AC companies I called, extremely friendly on the phone, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. They warned that my AC could fail upon reinstallment, given its age, but they got it up and running again. John even showed me how to change the AC filter and helped me choose replacement filters. Just lovely people - will definitely call them for AC/heating issues in the future.

Each technician has been kind, thorough, and professional. The front office is prompt to respond, and equally as kind and professional as their technicians. And they are able to come out incredibly fast. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing with a great price! We had them do a total HVAC replacement including zoning and reducting. We could not be happier. Everyone in the crew was respectful and receptive to my thoughts on placement of equipment and ensured I was totally happy. We got 4 bids, these guys are the best, the only bid you need is here.

Our existing heating and AC were new to our house in 1991. We decided that the time was right for an upgrade and because of Mission Viejo Heating and Air's 5 star yelp rating started with them.

John came out and estimated the job based on our requirements and quickly delivered a fair estimate. Scheduling of our installation was very efficient and fortunately for us, before the current heat wave arrived.

Leo and Jackson were the technicians who performed the job. Extremely conscientious of our home, they completed the job with skilled precision.

We are very satisfied with our experience with MVHA and recommend them to anyone considering Air or Heating work.

Post script: Iman arrived to install a booster this morning. The compressor automatically shutdown due to hot weather causing an over heating condition. Very responsive to my call yesterday afternoon.

I got multiple quotes for AC repair through Yelp and they’re the only ones that provided hypo information up front so I knew what to expect. They gave the option for repair with all potential costs and short term and long term impacts. I always have so many questions and they were so patient with me. I chose to get a new unit and they worked with me on options, produced a price invoice right away, the price was more than fair for the exceptional work and service plus offered financing option; all this with no obligation. They got me an appointment right away and worked so quick and clean. I’m so grateful. No reason to look somewhere else, this review should be your reason to pick them.

I have to start by saying I’m so impressed with this company ! They are BY FAR the best! I was looking for a new air conditioner/furnace/thermostat because my system stopped working after 27 years in the dead of heat. I knew it was time. It’s stressful too . I was deciding between a Lennox or what Iv had 27 years with no issues which was Carrier. I did research , Lennox parts are hard to get so I read reviews on this company who installs Carrier after getting two other quotes we went with Mission Viejo heating and air. The other people who came out were not personable and didn’t answer my questions and tryed upselling me on something I didn't truly need. John came out he was great! He answered all my questions gave me his cell and even saw something the other two people didn’t . The day of service which was today , Leo and Jackson came out early on time ready to get started and did everything efficiently and in a timely fashion also answering my questions. This team is personable respectful and great to do business with ! I highly recommend them you can trust they will get the job done. they also help get the inspections. Thankyou guys for doing a great job !

Leo and Ali worked super hard to give us a clean install in a challenging location. They replaced one full zone of our heating and cooling system on short notice. Their expertise and efficiency was clear and appreciated. They worked clean, professionally, and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. John helped source and size the deal. He also was quick, professional, responsive, and clearly cared about our best possible replacement system for our needs. The system we landed on is excellent, and I would recommend our experience to anyone.

Mission Viejo Heating and Air is very knowledgeable and honest. They have fixed our unit and done preventative maintenance. They are honest about that condition of the unit and what needs to be fixed and not.

Their communication is great. They even send a text with a picture of the technician who is coming to your house, which I really appreciated so you know exactly who will be there. The technician was timely and very friendly. He was able to diagnose our issue pretty quickly and give us the best advice to solve our problem. He was very fair and did not try and upsell us into more work. I would definitely recommend them or use them again if I had another problem.

We used them this past Spring for a new AC and their service and fees were fantastic. When our furnace stopped working we called them and they were responsive and got it fixed for us. Brent was friendly and efficient. We are very happy that our neighbor initially recommended them to us.
