Alicia Air has maintained the heating and air conditioning in my home for over the last 20 years. They are excellent. They are on time, friendly, professional, and do a great job! They are fairly priced and not raise their prices every year, like most of the other contractors do. It is such a pleasure to work with a company you can trust!

Jason did a fantastic job trying to diagnose our air conditioning problem. Since it was an intermittent issue it was very difficult to find the fault. Having said that, Jason was very diligent in going through the protocols in trying to find the issue. At the extra if the day, he gave me some concrete issues what the issue might be but until the actual problem happens again, it's very difficult to give a specific answer. He could have spent another couple of hours trying to find the issue but respected my time and didn't want to just pad the invoice. I truly appreciated that gesture! Jason is one of the good guys, so if you ever have him as your technician, feel fortunate and lucky!

Joe Daley was extremely helpful and patient to answer our many questions. We needed a new AC and he recommended a hybrid heat pump combination that was just a little more expensive than the conventional unit. We are extremely happy so far. It runs quietly and is zoned for both downstairs and upstairs and seems to be very efficient, as it does not run much. Even on the hot day last week, it worked great😊

Our technician Jason was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and professional. After climbing on our roof to diagnose why our A/C was not blowing cold air, he spent quality time not only walking me through the details of why our Air Conditioning was not functioning, but he took about 20 pictures to show me exactly what he was talking about. Jason was great. Informed me of exactly what was wrong and worst case scenarios. Fortunately not the worst and was in and out in about 30 mins. Honesty is worth it’s weight in gold and I appreciate this company for always having been that.

Alicia A/C was able to come out within a couple of days and assessed the issue. The repairs required parts that needed to be ordered. The parts came as scheduled and Jason showed up within the time window and promptly completed the repairs. Jason was very personable and great to work with.

Jason Ricker did a great job when he came to our house fixing the ac power down in our house. He was very knowledgeable as he knew right away what to look at after seeing the message on the thermostat screen. He took the time to explain to us some mechanics of the ac. After a power outage in my neighborhood a couple of days ago, I was left without heating in my home. I called another hvac company and left a message. After waiting 4 hours for a call back and hearing nothing, I called Alicia Air. Not only did a friendly person answer the phone instead of an answering machine, but I was also able to schedule a service call for the same day. Bryan arrived when expected and quickly diagnosed the problem and got my heater working again. He also showed me how to access the advanced settings on my thermostat in case it happens again and went through how to do the reprogramming myself. As an added bonus, he replaced the furnace filter while he was in my attic. The price was reasonable for the excellent service I received. Next time I will call Alicia Air first for any heating or a/c problems.

My furnace was not heating my property in Laguna Beach. I set up appointments with Alicia Air and a second company diagnose the problem. The technician at Alicia was very clear in terms of the problem. His analysis was clear as was his solutions to resolving the problem.

Two day later the same technician came, did the necessary repairs, and I now have a warm and cozy home. I give the highest praise to both Alicia Air and their excellent technician. And in addition to recommending Alicia to friends and family, I expect to be using Alicia if further problems develop with either my furnace or central air conditioning system.
