Scott Burrows was the technician who came out to fix our heater. He was quick, professional, found the problem and walked us through our options. This is the second time we’ve called this company and both times we have been extremely happy with their. service.

Jason R. was awesome! He arrived early and took the time to really assess the issue and explain clearly what was happening inside my unit. I would definitely recommend and will use Alicia Air again.

Our technician (Jeffrey)from Alicia HVac did a great job on the repair. Explained exactly what part that was needed to be replaced and worked with his office to get the part on a timely manner. The technician returned the next day installed the exhaust part and my furnace is up and running great. Thank You

Aaron Hoisington was very thorough and professional with checking over our heater for any issues. He didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. I would call him again in the future.

I would highly recommend Alicia Air if in need for a new HVAC system or service and repair of your existing system! Their technician Bryan Perez is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us with a problem with the thermostat not communicating with our cell phones. They sent Bryan out quickly and the cost to fix the problem was very reasonable!!

They were punctual and efficient. Three workers showed up at 8.30am and they were done installing both the furnace and ac by 12.30pm.
