Was able to book a service appointment within 24 hours on the hottest week of the year when the AC went out. These guys were professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for a very reasonable diagnostic fee in less than 30 minutes. I really appreciated their work and would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend their services.

Mission Viejo Air was recommended by a friend. I found them to be very friendly, honest and professional. The tech (Martin) was very helpful and transparent with what my system needed.

MV Heating and Air has old school customer service. They installed new ductwork and a new a/c unit for us a year ago and have reached out to schedule two follow appointments to make sure everything is working properly over time. From start to finish (and beyond) they are exemplary.

I called Mission Viejo heating and air, because our AC stopped working. An appointment was made for the next day between 8-10. Brent showed up just after 8, he was very professional. Was able to find the problem within a few minutes found that the capacitor had blown. Fixed it within 20 minutes, and we have air. If we have issues again, I will make sure to use them again.

Mission Viejo Heating and Air just completed my annual fall maintenance check on my furnace. They gave it a very thorough going over, and I feel confident my furnace is ready for winter. They also measured the carbon monoxide level and told me what it was, which is reassuring to know that the furnace is not producing a harmful gas. It was easy to get an appointment and they arrived right on time. Both technicians were very friendly, competent, clean, neat, and respectful of my home. They even kindly moved a couple of boxes down in my garage from a high shelf for me! I highly recommend them and will continue to use this company.

Holiday weekend. AC goes out. We call this company. They got a 'technician' out within 24hrs, I was impressed. Conversation went like this "Your system has a coolant leak, we need to locate the leak, further the coolant costs 500 bucks a pound and you need four pounds" OK, so, not the best news but hey, it is what it is. The part that angers me? The 'technician' had neither the tools to conduct the search for the coolant leak nor did he have the coolant to re-fill the system. Literally came to my door equipped to do, well basically nothing. Felt far more like a shoddy sales experiment than a visit from an AC company.

- in response to your post. The fact remains. Your 'technician' came prepared to do nothing. Not even the leak search. My experience remains "shoddy sales experiment". The kicker is this, we want to replace the unit at the end of this year anyway. Had you came prepared to do some of the work, we'd have been in the market for more services. Your business model is -sales calls disguised as technical ability and capability-. And it's bogus.

Martin Garcia arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem on our 20 year central AC. He was very professional and provided several options. We decided to replaced the entire aging HVAC unit.

Update - very satisfied of the installation of our new air and heating unit.The installation team was efficient, informative, and skillful with their performance. I highly recommend MVHA for service or installation needs for your home cooling and heating.

July 2024 Update - Iman was a pro, diagnosed the ac issue and replaced a faulty switch. I appreciate the prompt service from MVHA, especially during a heatwave.

Today, performed my Fall preventative maintenance service. He was absolutely terrific. Martin was very professional, courteous and thoroughly explained everything as he checked on my heating unit. I am extremely satisfied and look forward to continuing to work with Martin and Mission Viejo Heating and Air.

Excellent service experience from Mission Viejo Heating & Air Conditioning! Scheduling was friendly and efficient; follow-up text with dat, time and technician‘s name. Brent arrived on time and quickly identified himself. He spent time testing and tweaking our system to make sure it was performing within specifications. Definitely will use MV H&C again and highly recommend them.

Our service provider, John, was on time, courteous, informative, and just overall professional. We understand that this is a business and they have to maximize profitability but we didn’t feel like that was what was being done. Overall experience was great and we will definitely call them first should we have other issues.

The Mission Viejo Heating and Air crew just left my house where they did a complete replacement of our HVAC system including accessible ductwork in the attic. I had gotten several bids, they were not the lowest but they were very through in their review of my situation and provide a quality solution at a competitive price. I am very satisficed with both the price and the work. The install crew showed up on time got to work immediately and completed the job in just one day. I would highly recommend that you give them a call if you need HVAC work or system replacement.

Really appreciated that they sent us an image of the technician via text ahead of time with an ETA. Martin was on time, was polite and communicated well and gave me detailed info of what he was doing and explained what went wrong. Initially it looked like there wasn’t a problem but he kept checking and made sure the unit was fine. After a few more minutes, the problem replicated again and he was able to resolve the issue immediately and without any pressure to upsell on products or services, just recommendations. So glad he was able to get it fixed without having to call in again. They will definitely be our go to for our heating and air repair.
