I had a backyard pipe from my faucet to my sprinkler valves that was aged and that I wanted to cap. Auxariera explained options and how parts of the house's worked. He replaced the faucet so it was new and up to code and removed the unused and unwanted pipe. He was efficient and left the work area very clean. Satisfied customer here!

Todd was an outstanding technician! He did a great job of resolving the clog and get all functioning again. This is after the prior plumber from a different company could not resolve the issue and recommened a very expensive and unnecessary fix.

We had a clogged garbage disposal that would not rotate to dispose of food waste. Pristine Plumbing dispatched Ben Tialino to our home. Ben was puntual, courteous and knew what the problem was. Ben was able to diagnose our problem and resolve it to our satisfaction. The technician, Mr. Swinney, was on time and professional. He diagnosed the issue of my water heater, clearly explained it along some recommendations, and provided an estimation to fix it without a service call charge. I highly recommend this service.

We had a sewer blockage and hired another plumber to unclog it and give us an estimate, who told us we need to replace the section of the pipe with the root intrusion. We decided to get a second opinion and contacted Pristine Plumbing. Andy from Pristine Plumbing showed up and after listening to my story with an earlier plumber, insisted the pipes needed a hydro jet cleaning in order to assess the situation and provide an accurate estimate. I agreed and am so glad I did! After hydro jetting the pipes no fractures or intrusions were found and the blockage might have been a growth inside the pipes and overall accumulation of waste and debris - so no expensive digging and pipe replacement needed! Andy saved us thousands! Thank you Andy and Pristine Plumbing!

I intervened on behalf of my neighbor who was charge $1200 for a job that should have cost $600.
When the technician was called out, he started slamming doors and throwing tools around very abruptly and very unprofessional. Prior to being called out, the technician was very pleasant and professional. The technician was Andy Chavez.
My neighbor then received a bill for $200 for what she thought was a free consultation.
Always get three estimates.....

Jim was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in resolving a complex sewer mainline issue. He’s friendly and explains things in very understandable ways. He really knows his stuff and is a pleasure to work with.

The technician, Andy arrived on time, provided clear options and was able to complete the job within the window. He also took special care to wear shoe protectors in my home and he cleaned up the space afterwards. I really appreciated the attention to detail, organization and professionalism.

Ben is a great dude in general and was professional and friendly throughout the visit.
