He diagnosed a shower pan problem that requires a special restoration company to remedy and provided the name of one I am currently consulting with for this issue. On September 5, 2025, Saddleback Plumbing installed a new copper water line at my property. The team, including Anthony, Jake, and Austin, completed the project with professionalism, care, and attention to detail, delivering high quality work that is rare these days. Anthony carried out most of the work, and the company should be proud to have him.
I also interacted with their office staff Sandy, Jonna, and Michelle by phone. They responded quickly, returned calls promptly, and always provided clear and straightforward answers.

We had an emergency HVAC problem. They got us on the schedule very quickly. Rick arrived and found the problems in a short time. All repairs made within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a toilet problem that in the end required the installation of a new toilet. John, the Saddleback technician, was really good to work with me on the escalating problem. I now have a nice new toilet installed and the price was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took to get to the bottom of the problem.

Eric went above and beyond when fixing my toilet — truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain what went wrong and how he planned to fix it. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He didn’t just do a quick repair — he made sure everything was working perfectly and even checked for any potential issues that could cause problems later on.

It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the comfort of their customer, but Eric absolutely does. I’ll be calling Saddleback Plumbing for any future needs, and I highly recommend asking for Eric — he’s exceptional!

Contacted Saddleback to give me estimate on redoing ducts. They found and showed me substandard work done by a previous contractor explaining how the previous furnace was not compliant with existing code. I contracted with Saddleback to redo the entire air for the house including ductwork air compressor and furnace. I am amazed not only at the quality of work by Saddleback but the quality of product ensuring best reliability efficiency durability and customer satisfaction. These are an amazing group of professionals, they came to our house because we were thinking that some of the AC ducking was missing, and it turned out that the house was built and design with out it in that particular area of the hallway. Rick took the time to explain and gave us really good advice as to how to proceed.
