Mike arrived on time, expertly diagnosed my plumbing issue, clearly explained my options, and then promptly provided a detailed estimate for the job. I approved the estimate, and the work was subsequently completed competently using high-quality materials and workmanship, and the area where he worked was left clean and undamaged. Saddleback Plumbing is very customer oriented and professional. I had a great experience with them when Jared and Joe went out of their way to clear confusion caused by an outside parts supplier, make things right, and streamline a process made complicated by my insurance company. Saddleback got the job done. Their MVP program brings prices down and is really worthwhile if you have a list of things needing to be fixed. They were very receptive and patient about all of my pricing questions.

I got 3 quotes to swap out and install a hot water heater. Saddleback was by far the highest quote! I was shocked at the price. I went with a wonderful plumber from a small company and they charged 1/4 the price & did a great job. The plumber was very nice from Saddleback - that's why they got 2 stars.

The technician Jack did a great job installing my toilet and faucet. It was a challenging install. The were very flexible in adjusting my appointments to meet my work schedule. Highly recommend this company.

My water heater went out Christmas Eve. The technician did come out promptly. He told me my tankless heater was from 2011 (my house wasn’t built until years after that). He said he still tried to call the manufacturer just in case it was under warranty, but they didn’t answer, likely because it was Christmas Eve. He then quoted me 6k.

I called around and another water heater repair company told me to call the manufacturer and check the warranty and even gave me the phone number. I called. They answered on Christmas Eve (even though the Saddleback technician told me they were closed). Within minutes they told me I was under warranty until 2026 (my water heater was years newer than 2011, as expected). They immediately authorized a replacement for free.

The entire job was 1k.

Saddleback may be good and fair for regular plumbing needs, I haven’t used them for that. 🤷‍♀️ but for a water heater, it appeared that they tried to prey on a female over the holidays for significant profit, and you may want to check with a water heater specific repair company.

I could not recommend Saddleback any higher. I’ve used them for all my plumbing needs. We recently got a new kitchen faucet installed and the technician did a thorough job.

Chris did an excellent job in making our guest bathroom toilet functional again. He replaced the wax seal, its fill internals and made sure it did not rock back and forth. He has a passion for his trade, is very efficient and always tells us what he did and why…. If you want a great plumber look to Chris and his great colleagues at Saddleback Plumbing Heating and Air!

Very responsive and came out same day. Was able to quickly diagnose the issues and fix them. Price was very reasonable and much less than I had braced myself for. Work was professionally completed and the whole experience was great. I was worried we were going to be taken advantage of, as we had been in the past. This was our first time with Saddleback and they now have a customer for life!!!

I recently requested service from Saddleback Plumbing for the second time and they once again provided great service. This time the issue was with the drains and sink. I had purchased a new sink to install because I thought it may need replacing. As it turned out the tech ran a snake to clean the drain, removed and reinstalled the sink drain and modified the alignment of the remaining pipes for proper drainage. I was able to return the new sink and saved another $140.00 bucks. There have been no problems since the work has been done.

Chris came to repair a ceiling leak in our kitchen, three years ago. He did a great job! So, when the pipe around the water heater was leaking this week, we asked for Chris, again. He is SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXPERIENCED, AND VERY NICE! He will be adding a recirculator later this week. It is so important to find a reliable plumber! Thank you, Chris!

I highly recommend Saddleback Plumbing, Heating & Air. They installed a new furnace and A/C for me in December 2024. The installers were amazing. They showed up on time, were professional, respectful of my home and friendly. The office staff were extremely helpful in setting everything up that would be required for the installation. In the past, I have used them for plumbing needs. If you're looking for a good plumbing, heating and air company, turn to Saddleback.

Chris is a charming young man willing to share his knowledge of, in this case, water heaters. On the day my water heater died, I happened to see his Saddleback truck at a neighbor’s house and Chris was able to install a new heater for me that same day.
