I feel really bad leaving a bad review for any business but I’m so extremely disappointed with our experience here. We brought our coffee maker in January (when it was still in warranty). We don’t know what we don’t know. Fast forward to almost April, and they still have it, and every time I call they say that they had to “order more parts and check if it works”. Called today, no update. Has to check with someone else to see what’s happening. It’s just not how you should conduct business. Now I’m left with a $2,000 coffee maker at this place, that still doesn’t work, that I don’t know what’s wrong with it, and even if it did work, I’m on the hook for $300+? Without even having “approved” a quote/estimate from them? Again, just horrible way of conducting business. So disappointing. I’m just at a loss and giving up honestly.

Not to mention, the tone on the other end of the phone isn’t appreciated.

No better place to get your electric corded products serviced or repaired. The price is reasonable and they are honest and friendly. Highly recommended!!

They were courteous and quick to fix our mixer. Wasn't expecting the cost, but beats the alternative of having to buy a new appliance!

Good place to get your toaster or coffee maker fixed. Very nice staff. Not expensive but fixing these items may be almost as expensive as getting a new one.

I took in my Lasko tower fan to repair and they took 3 weeks to call me back. Said they couldn't find a part (problem ociliating) but that they had cleaned the unit and as soon as they find the part they would call me with price. A week later I called and they said they could not find the part. So after over a month of waited I decided to pick the fan up. To my utter dissapointment they did not even inspect my tower fan to begin with! It was still dirty and it didn't even turn on! TOTAL RIP OFF of $25.

They confirmed the fix espresso machines. I brought it in for regular service and cleaning. After two weeks they said it was ready, but when i got it, it clearly was not serviced. Worked the same, still had calcium. I paid either way

after two weeks of dropping off my coffee machine I called to see when it is going to be ready, and the guy (Fred) was responding very rude and was not able to give me any update of what is going on and when it is going to be ready. when I asked to get an more accurate update, the guy used F word and hung up on me. I would never use their service. awful.
