I use Kyzer for my pool and spa mechanics. With 17 year old pool system, things can get complicated. Have no fear, they'll make it right.

We've been using these guys for maintaining our pool and have always had great service. When we first moved and hired them they came out to do an assessment and showed me how to work the pool and spa panel. Nothing but a positive experience so far these past few months!

I really loved this company when we hired them a couple years ago but the last 6 months it feels different dealing with them. They charged me for services they didn't do. They claimed that they didn't need my permission to do the services that cost me extra money because it was part of the way they run their business. They have never done that to me in the past. I don't know what's changed with the company and currently I am not a fan of the direction that they have gone.

WOW! After dealing with a few different pool service companies, it felt like we would never find someone we could truly trust.

I found Gabe through Yelp and reached out through Yelp messenger. He answered quickly and directly. He gave his name and cell phone. He was responsive and didn't hide behind a phone tree.

He was SO knowledgeable about our Pentair equipment, very generous with his advice, and so responsive.

He ordered our part and installed it without making me feel like he was marking everything up just to make more money.

He installed the main part and said, "let's wait till tomorrow" to see the other parts, saving me tons of money just trying to replace everything all at once.

He is mild mannered, very kind, and genuinely one of the best recommendations I could ever make for someone looking for a pool service or pool repair!

Gabe has been our pool service provider for a couple of years now is by far the best town. He is always consistent with great service, always responsive if there’s any issues with pool equipment and willing to go the extra mile (assigning dog friendly technicians, next day service calls, etc). If you’re looking or thinking of switching services, Gabe is the guy to with!

Israel Gallardo from Kyzer Pool and Spa is an exceptional pool technician! As a new client, I was thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail and friendly attitude. He’s clearly passionate about his work, which is something I haven’t experienced in a long time. My pool looks amazing – crystal clear and inviting. It looks like I get to be the first real review on here! Chris and his team at Aqua Doc are great. They have serviced our pool for years and we have not had a single complaint. Our equipment is always well maintained and the pool crystal clear. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pool service.

Rick did a fantastic job on a really awful carpet. It had major pet stains, and it looked and smelled terrible. His work and communication were outstanding. We could have used a cheaper company, but we wanted to make sure it was done right, and you get what you pay for. Rick exceeded our expectations by far, and I highly recommend him.

Rick was attentive to our timeline sensitivity, even coming out on a Saturday morning to get us taken care of. I wondered if a few of the stains would even come out, but everything looked perfect when he was done!

Rick at Pro-Touch Carpet Care was terrific! I got a fast appointment & got it for 2 days later. He arrived prepared & did a wonderful job on my heavily soiled carpet. It was dry in 5 hours & ready to move furniture back. Looks great, smells great, just in time for Holidays!

Rick came in conducted an initial assessment in each room and my hallway. He noted my areas of concern during his assessment as well as shared his. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet removing all spots except one which he had to point out to me. Fantastic cleaning job and very professional. His prices are reasonable and he was willing to accommodate my work schedule during this holiday season.

Amazing service the carpet looks brand new. My mother loves it says it's the best she ever seen the carpet. Phenomenal customer service skills. If you need your carpet clean this is the business you want to use. No high pressure sales tactics just honest straightforward truth.

Rick did an amazing job with our heavy pet soiled carpets. His quotes are honest and he does fantastic work. He was able to schedule us right away and was flexible when we had a small medical emergency and had to reschedule. Our whole house smells amazing now and I can’t thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone and wouldn’t hire anyone else. Also- he has access to Edwards AFB! It’s hard to find companies that operate with high integrity these days, but Pro-Touch is one.
