Our cat had an accident because he was sick. I cleaned it, and he started peeing in the same area over and over. I tried multiple products, and the smell kept coming back. I had Rick from Pro-touch Carpet Care come out, and the carpet has never smelled better.

Rick is fantastic! My mom referred me to him because she also had a great experience. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets, stairs, and upstairs hallway. He educated me through the whole process and gave me great tips to help keep it fresh with 3 dogs and kids. I loved that he was easy to communicate with and gave me updates and reminders through text. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the owner Rick. I had called another company and was given an outrageous quote. Thankfully I called Pro Touch Carpet and spoke with Rick. Not only was his quote half the price of the other company his work is outstanding! The carpet turned out far better than I had anticipated and he is a wonderful guy...very personable and goes the extra mile for his customers. I would highly recommend this company over any other in the AV.

When I tell u his work is AMAZING im not exaggerating. Rick is a person that truly cares about the job….. he took Extra time to take care of my carpet and it’s just amazingly clean.
