After several sent texts and a phone call they finally decided to come out almost 2 months later and then wanted to charge me $90 for a small lawn to be mowed. I repeat JUST the lawn. Because it was overgrown and they have to go over it a second time. When I told them it was way too much and needed to get conformation to pay for this overly inflated charge and I came back a few minutes later they left.
This was done by the owner and they said it was "just business." Well apparently they don't want mine or with this attitude anyone else's.

Excellent service. Very quick response in getting system issues addressed even on holiday weekend. Repeat customer! Got excellent service and highly recommend Lucio. He did what he said and proved it with quality work.

I have hired Lucio for several projects. Everything from redoing my irrigation in my front yard to full 2 day cleanups involving trimming , weeding and trimming trees. He is a good man from a good family.

I contacted Lucio to come get rid of the weeds in our front yard and to get a quote on fixing a grassy area in our backyard. He showed up on time and was extremely meticulous on getting rid of every weed in our yard. His quote to redo our backyard grass I feel was fair and we will probably be hitting him for that as well!

Lucio did the sprinklers and seeding in our front and back yards. The grass has come in beautifully, the sprinklers work perfectly and his follow up is excellent! We will definitely be repeat customers.

A gentleman came to my house measured and looked at the work needed. He said I would get a quote the next day. It's almost been a week.No one had contacted me or responded to any of my messages. Not a reliable business! Buyers warning red flags!!!

Lucio came out immediately to repair a broken waterline to our irrigation system. He quickly diagnosed it and repaired the pipe for a very reasonable price. In and out in under an hour!

Helped problem solve some sprinkler valve wires. Repaired, replaced sprinklers, and fixed planter drip line. Very knowledgeable. Very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing.

Lucio literally made magic happen in my front and back yard. I needed my overgrown backyard taken care of ASAP since there were foxtails and weeds growing everywhere. He was super responsive and was able to come and give me a quote a day after I reached out and start the project the day after giving me the quote. My yard looks beautiful now, he gave me great recommendations for my yard and what will look nice. I look forward to working with him to keep everything well maintained and looking nice.

Lucio and his team did a yard clean up job for me on my property. They remove all the leaves and a pile of trash and did it quickly. They do outstanding work at a fair price.

We were in dire need of a thorough front lawn cleanup (i.e., cutting down/shaping the shrubbery, removing dead shrubbery and fully removing a few bushes, trimming lower branches on trees, etc.). Lucio made working with him and his team very easy. I reached out on a Saturday, he had availability to come by our property the following Monday for a quick consult, by Tuesday our yard was all cleaned up! Maybe we got lucky on availability but he was very responsive throughout the process, set clear expectations of what he and his team would be able to do and when, and exceeded those expectations. 10/10 would recommend!

After calling a bunch of landscaping businesses in our area and trying to schedule an appointment to get an estimate for a backyard project, Lucio Lawn & Landscapes is the one I decided to go with. They are very professional & showed up at my house 10 mins before the time we agreed to meet for them to give me an estimate. I told Lucio my budget, and he was very upfront with the cost of everything. So after the plan and budget was laid out and agreed to, we set the dates for when the work would be done. While Lucio and his team was working on our backyard, he would update me every now and then on what’s going. And I really appreciated that.
After all was set & done, my family & I were very happy on the outcome of their work on our backyard & drip system installation. It came out the way we envisioned it. We will definitely be a return customer. Thank you so much Lucio & to your team! You guys are amazing!
