Unfortunately they couldn't handle responding to a request for information, even after a couple attempts at following up. Maybe their work is good when they actually decide to answer the phone, but they were too difficult to even get a hold of.

I Just moved out here from Tennessee and I was looking for information on the types of grass and fertilizer used out here. Each website has tons of different information that makes it difficutl to chose from. A wrong chocie could be catastropic.
I called and talk to Frank and I was astonish on the information he provided. Mr. Frank was right on key and did not heisistate for a moment answering my questions. That shows he takes pride in providing Customer Service! Thank you Mr. Frank for all the knowledge you gave me.

Frank Mattison made our backyard beautiful! I was hesitant to go with desert landscape because it can be ugly, but Frank is so incredibly knowledgeable about plants and trees (he is an arborist) that we have year-round blooms throughout the backyard that require minimal water! He is the only landscaper that offered BEAUTIFUL desert landscape with lots of plants, color and variety. Frank designed pathways and furniture areas so that we can enjoy the views whether we are indoors or out. And to top it off, he worked within our budget to provide the best bang for the buck. Our backyard looks far more expensive than it was. ;)

The team truly backs their work and products. We faced a problem with the turf that was a manufacturing issue. They liaised with the manufacturer and got it replaced under warranty and Jason, our landscape designer, undertook the reinstallation! The exceptional work of this crew really shone when it came to dealing with the problems that were hidden under the surface! My landscape drainage system had been totally overwhelmed by root growth. The front yard was a mishmash of weeds and visible tree roots, and my hardscape was being destabilised by a 30-year-old Meloluca tree. The team from Best Hardscape / Landscape Contractor tackled it all! They managed and preserved the Meloluca, replaced all my landscape drains, removed the tree roots and laid a new lawn. It appears as if our home always had grass there, despite the fact that we previously had concrete. the landscape designer and his team transformed our challenging sloped yard into the beautiful outdoor space we envisioned. they worked closely with us to create a practical design that maximizes usable areas despite the difficult terrain. we ended up with a plan that includes multiple tiers of retaining walls and terraces, along with a staircase leading to a pet relief area and a deck featuring built-in benches and a fire pit. additionally, they refreshed our existing deck and staircase to blend perfectly with the new hardscape. they also installed lighting and irrigation, and chose stunning plants that will thrive in our shady yard. the landscape designer and his crew were fantastic—friendly, efficient, communicative, courteous, and kept everything tidy. the estimate for the project was very fair, and any adjustments we made were reasonably priced and seamlessly incorporated into the timeline. even with some of the heaviest rains recently, the work was completed just a few days after the original estimate. we highly recommend this landscape designer!
