They worked on two houses for me; the first was satisfactory, but the second involved cleaning a small apartment. I requested they return to address some overlooked areas, but unfortunately, they did not arrive, and I have not received any communication since.

This team was wonderful! They were so accommodating and squeezed us in for a cleaning, they were on time, and showed up with great energy and work ethic. They were also detain oriented, accommodating to requests and feedback, very great work and will definitely be using again!

Debbie texted at 4:30am! to tell us that she could not make it today. No prior notice, no apology, just asked if this was the only day we could have her at our home...which it is because we just bought this home and are moving in tomorrow. We literally spoke to another cleaning company that was a bit expensive but they warned us about being flaked on. She is great when she wants you to schedule, but very unprofessional when she flakes. You would think she would still send the other ladies to clean, even though she couldn't make it, therefore making her excuse unbelievable, but she never offered that. Thanks

The Minnie Maid crew worked for several hours and were very thorough on my house deep cleaning. They were very responsive to my requests and did a wonderful job. I will use their services again.

I had fresh oil come in today for the first time for a deep clean and the service was awesome the owner is extremely polite and professional and they do an great job. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning big or small

Deborah was amazing!! I had to move out the same day I contacted her and she came to my rescue!! I lived alone and also worked a full time job so I didn’t have the time to clean my entire apartment alone. She managed to get the job done fast! She did it all while I was at work!! 10 out of 10!!!!

I needed deep cleaning after bathroom remodel. Everything was spelled out on agreement prior to service so there will be no argument which I liked. However cleaning crew did not complete things listed out on the agreement. I had to point out multiple areas during final walk around and they fixed it. After crew left I found out that they did not even touch the cabinet(inside/out) and doors which was clearly stated in agreement. They did come back and cleaned it. Later during the day I found that they did not clean areas that are not easy to reach such as top of window shutter, top of shower door, top of closet etc. This was exactly why I needed professional cleaners for so I can have hard to reach areas cleaned. I paid for for deep cleaning and it was like a regular clean.
If I saw these during final walk around and asked them to redo it, I would’ve fixed it. But I expected things listed on the agreement to done in the first place rather than me having to check every little things and tell them to clean it.
If you choose to use their service I highly recommend you to spend good amount time to do final walk around and check every single things you ask them to clean otherwise it will be not done.

I just hired Minnie Maids to do a deep cleaning on my rental house this is my first time using this company and all I can say is wow they did an awesome job. Deborah and her crew were amazing I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional cleaning service. Wanna to give a big thanks to this lovely woman of this company for her product of soaps she has made. It is definitely a must buy product this soap will leave you body feeling so soft and smooth my family loved it because we have very sensitive skin and must say fist bar soap I've used that didn't make us itchy. The smell was great as well.

That bias came about from getting to know her and her family and what better review from a friend that will speak good things of her and her character? We have been using this cleaning service for a while now. Probably 2-3 years. She is very efficient in her work as we all have busy schedules. She’s affordable and does a great job in our home. Our dogs just love her!
