Our cat had an accident because he was sick. I cleaned it, and he started peeing in the same area over and over. I tried multiple products, and the smell kept coming back. I had Rick from Pro-touch Carpet Care come out, and the carpet has never smelled better.

Rick is fantastic! My mom referred me to him because she also had a great experience. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets, stairs, and upstairs hallway. He educated me through the whole process and gave me great tips to help keep it fresh with 3 dogs and kids. I loved that he was easy to communicate with and gave me updates and reminders through text. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend!

Pro-touch Carpet Care arrived on time and carefully placed drop cloths on our newly installed laminate flooring. They even brought edge protectors to prevent any damage, the hoses were routed neatly away from any baseboard and door jambs.

They meticulously vacuumed, pretreated, cleaned and conditioned our carpets.

Rick did a great job, He walked me through what it would take to clean my couches and carpet. took his time and made them both look great. He was cheaper than the other quotes I received too.

Rick is the best. He’s very professional, gives open honest communication and does an excellent job on carpets rugs couch and even headboard. He shows you everything and even is honest with problematic areas. I got 5 bedrooms, steps with landing my office a large area run and my headboard. Deep cleaning all for $500.
