I'm BEYOND myself with the clown🤡 unprofesional, disrispectful guy they sent. He was 2 hrs late. I has to KEEP calling. He had a white van and brought in some kind of an old, dirty contaminated machine. 😷I don't even know how this people stay in business. My carpet was left soaking wet, he dump the dirty water on one of the toilets, spilled water on the foyer, I fell and hurt my knee. furniture on top of bed😨 It has taken two days to dry and there are dead bugs on my carpet. I had to vacuum a wet floor to get did of the derbi and bugs left behind. I keep calling they said they'll call me back but no call in two day. Night tables were placed on the bed and left there. I'm itching from the some type of contaminatión left behind. Price change and I had to tellbhim to leave he wanted my time. Then he said, ok, the best I can do is $124.00. The cleaning was a very bad joke. 🤥🤥🤥Be careful the machines in the Picture is a missrepresentation. I believe they post their own positive reviews.😠😠😠

By far very professional, responsible, prompt, and most importantly great at their craft, I live on a penthouse in Long beach, top floor and he has the proper equipment to go up to my level and do a great job leaving my floors, carpets looking like new. I would not choose another company for all my carpet needs.

Green & Clean carpet have cleaned our carpets twice now and each time they were brought back to newish condition. They work hard to earn their customers trust. heck, they even become your reminder service. (Not in a pushy way)

6 months after cleaning I got a gentle reminder and yep, it was time for sure. 2 min later (literally) I had scheduled an appointment with confirmed text and email. Was that simple.

You can expect top quality service and results at a fair $$. Call them, I guarantee those carpet cleaning worries will become a thing of the past.

Sam with Green & Clean was totally professional and honest, really made me feel good about spending the money to steam clean my carpet, sofa, and mattress. His equipment is wayyy better than a Rug Doctor and the results were jaw-dropping. I called for an appointment on a Wednesday afternoon, talked numbers, and he was at my apartment within an hour. During the cleaning he explained what he was doing and why. He has a high-output fan that will dry your place fast while he continues working. If you want high quality service and results, you can be assured this guy will provide it. My job was a smaller one but I'm sure he could tackle much larger commercial stuff, too.

Professional and communicative from the start. Got an email requesting contact info. and providing an opportunity for discussion if there were questions prior to the work. Got a text reminder the day before, morning of, and an updated estimated time of arrival. My biggest peeve is someone who does not respect an appointment and wasting our time half the day. No such thing here. Sam was timely, friendly, kind hearted and did the work fast, efficiently, and with high professional standards. Coffee, chocolate, smut, and milk stains gone. Very little residual coffee stains left on stairs which are very old. All the work was done within 2 hours. Our property is 2800 square feet with approximately 1400 feet carpeted. Pricing was very reasonable and totally fair. I plan on letting my friends and neighbors know, as well as contacting Sam in the future. Fantastic experience! Sam called to let me know that he as on his way and his ETA. He arrived and we did a walkthrough of the areas that I wanted cleaned so there was no misunderstanding. He gave me an approximate time frame as to when the job would be completed. He brought up his equipment and was the job was complete almost to the minute he quoted me. Sam is a professional and highly recommended!

Great service. Punctual and far exceeded my expectations. My carpet was in bad shape and I thought a cleaning would just make it look presentable. But I was blown away when the carpet looked almost new afterwards. Will definitely call Sam again in the near future.

Sam was very professional, he arrived at the time he said he would as well as he did an awesome job on the carpet. My hallway and stairs were very dirty and he was a litttl sceptical and how clean he could get it but didnt deter him from doing g an outstanding job. My carpet looks like the first day I moved in

Sam is excellent! He really seriously scrubbed my grandmothers carpet! She had not cleaned it in eight years and he brought it back to life! He cleaned up all of the pet stains and he explained the whole process as he went through. I really appreciate how he explained to me about how some of the pet stains will bleach the carpet. But the carpet cleaning will still disinfect the bleached areas and deodorize them. The carpet smells so good now and feels soft and clean. He will be the only carpet cleaner that I use for the rest of my life as long as he’s in business. I really appreciate his attitude as well. He is very humble and hard-working and definitely takes pride in what he does. The work that he performs is worth way more than what he charges!

Sam and his company...all around great!!! within a couple of days, he was over and had cleaned my 2 couches...full size and love seat. they were in terrible condition and he did an amazing job on them both!!! and his prices are very reasonable...i also had estimates from 2 other companies.

what i really like about Sam and Green & Clean Carpet is that they are all about saving the environment...hence the name of the Co....Green!!!
