I had an outstanding experience with Pro Touch Carpet Care! Rick and his son came to my home to clean my rug and couch, and they truly went above and beyond. From the very beginning their communication was excellent. I received text updates letting me know when Rick was on his way, and they arrived right on time.

The pricing was upfront and honest with no surprises, which I really appreciated. Both Rick and his son were extremely personable and friendly, making the whole experience even better. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident in the work being done. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. My dog sheds ALOT, and they patiently and thoroughly made sure all the dog hair was removed from both the couch and rug. Everything looked and smelled so clean afterward, I couldn’t believe the difference!

Rick also took the time to explain aftercare instructions clearly. That extra touch really showed their professionalism and care. Rick did an excellent job on our new home. Both tile and carpet were no match for him, he is an expert through and through. I really appreciate that he was able to provide a free estimate the day after I called, and was able to clean all of our floors the next day. The floors look and smell amazing! He also provided cleaning for several of our area rugs. Rick’s service was very affordable, overall I’m very happy with his service and I highly recommend him!
