I have been using Stanley Sterner for 3 yrs. They do a good job and are reasonable. The cleaners are very professional.

The gentlemen were great. Carpets looked fine. Until they dried then it looked bad. Paid 75.00 extra to have 2 rooms sanitized and disinfected. After carpets dried. Terrible smell. Ended up having to replace bot carpets.

I used the Lancaster Stanley Steemer to clean the spanish tile floor in my kitchen. They did a great job. They were quick, friendly and professional. I would recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

Went with Stanley Steamer when we purchased our new home. Figured the company has been around a LONG TIME & would be able to clean and deoterize the 4rooms.
WELL, I should have just rented a Rug Doctor and done it myself... It smelt like wet dog after.

Technician was so rude. I was trying to get payment situated. My mother wanted to gift the cleaning service so she would be paying. I was trying to get the payment done before he started but it was taking me longer than expected. He was acting like I was going to stiff him. I told him “I completely understand if you don’t want to start until you get confirmation that payment went through. You’re making me feel like I am intentionally trying to do this.” He proceeds to want to argue with me, in my home, about how he in fact isn’t being rude. I had to ask him to leave three times.” They say they don’t mind payment after, but if you use them pay before hand so this doesn’t happen to you. I don’t know about you, but it never feels good when a stranger won’t leave your home when you ask them to. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

They were friendly, the cleaning only took an hour. There was a marked improvement. Sadly the carpet is old and needs to be replaced but it looks better than when my Mom moved in back in 2014. I have tried using the rug doctor but it didn't have the same results and it saved my back.

The cleaning crew was nice and fairly professional until they were done. My wife and daughter noticed a few cat stains which were still there. The crew said that they could not get them clean. And then when we walked on the carpet, it was soaking wet. Not damp but soaking wet.

They agreed to run the vac a second time and it seemed to be less wet, to the point that the carpet felt damp this time. Nonetheless the stains were still there, so we are getting a local carpet cleaning company to "spot" clean what Stanley Steemer could not clean.

Called and set up an appointment 2days ago and then received a text 30 mins before appointment that I could reschedule with a 15% discount. When calling to reschedule I was told they don't service my area. It was the first question I asked when making the appointment. Poor Management. What a waste of my time getting my grand kids up and out before their arrival. Wow!🤬

James & Taylor were amazing! 5 stars is truly an understatement - they were responsive and honest! Prior to the visit we were reminded with a call 2x and this was very helpful to allow us to prep. On the day of they were able to explain their process and dry time and we were very happy with the outcome of a clean carpet and clean home. They offered additional services on the spot so we took advantage of the dryer duct cleaning for a reasonable price - our closes dry better now! Great job guys see you back here soon!

The Best of the Best. Takes ownership in his work and your carpet. We have used him for over 15 years. He has turned carpet tot looked ruined to new for some of our friends. Great Guy and great member of our community. We are always happy to see Friday (that is the owners name)

I’ve used this business for as long as my children were in kindergarten, they have graduated high school and are in college. This business has serviced multiple properties that I have lived in and he is the best carpet cleaner that I have requested to clean my home. He handles your things with care and he’s very trustworthy and efficient. He makes my carpet look brand new and gets every corner of the house.
