I couldn't get my supplies for plumbing at Home Depot so I went here where I can get anything I want I'm not going back to Home Depot no more and never have everything I need this place does been there longer than Home Depot courteous people great service

In the world of only big stores like Home Depot and Lowes, this is a store from the good old days! Family owned ,old time we have decades of expert help, we have that odd old plumbing part(s) you need! My PVC plumbing pipes from 1969 was cracked in a couple of spots, leaking water on my kitchen floor. Many hours spent at the other 2 stores left me very frustrated.
Went to Lancaster plumbing with the pipes I had cut with a saws all and asked if they could help me, the guy looked at it and right away said Yea I got that. After a few minutes came back with a couple of rubber elbows and PVC pipe. These had the right angles and the right diameters. I fixed it about 4 years ago and its still great. Would have been about a $800 fix because cracks were so close to tile floor.
Pay a couple of bucks more and save Tons of time.

Only regret was not going here first.

Spent about 30 dollars to fix my sink leak and was about to call it quits. Called Lancaster Plumbing Supplies as a last ditch effor, and in 5 minutes the staff solved my problem. Awesome friendly help. This is a small family owned business that needs our support. I looked for a replacement part for my shower on line and at the big retail stores without luck, the minute I walked in they knew what I was looking for just by looking at it. And they even had kit options.

Very experienced and knowledgeable service. I was very impressed. I usually go to home Depot or Lowe's and try to figure stuff out on my own but this was much easier. I told the guy what I needed and he gave me a solution then and there.

Very happy to have come here. Steven was able to help me, by advising me as in to what I needed, and educating me as into why I needed it. Also they carry alot of parts that most other "hardware stores" wouldn't even know how to reference.

Bought a condenser fan motor and was told it would be 4 days to get it, I waited over two weeks to get the part so I decided to get a refund and they told me they have a 20% restocking fee and took about $100. So not only did I wait over 2 weeks to get the part dying in the 100 degree weather, they take money from me. I highly recommend going to another place. Would not do business with EVER AGAIN.
