The technicians were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They examined all the areas they needed to and discovered they did not need to do anything other than spray the microbial spray. They did not try to charge me for any unnecessary repairs. I found them to be very honest and I would use them again.

Service was excellent and timely. Very professional. A drainpipe in our wall leaked water over time, and once we found and repaired the leak, ServPro came and did a thorough check for mold and mildew, cleaned up what they found, and set up a fan to thoroughly dry the moisture. They went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied.

I own a business in Palmdale and unfortunately while I was on vacation the business windows were vandalized. I learned about the damage from a neighbor who called me while I was away. This is the last type of call you want to receive when you are 3,000 miles away. I called Servpro of Lancaster and not only did they answer my phone call immediately, but they were also at my office boarding up the window within 30 minutes. I was relieved that they got to my business so quickly. I spoke with them over the phone and they reassured me that no damage had occurred on the inside of the building, cleaned the broken glass, and boarded up the broken window. Servpro of Lancaster CA came all the way to Kentucky to help the local area recover from extensive water damage caused by extreme cold temperatures in December. They were professional, responsive and clearly knew what they were doing. They got floors and walls removed quickly, got everything dry and treated to prevent mold. When they were done I was confident that there would not be an ongoing issue with the water damage. I would recommend Servpro of Lancaster without reservation.
