Erik did a great job. He got here exactly at 8am as scheduled. Erik cut only the amount of wall necessary. He found the water leak quickly and repaired the issue. Great customer service. I definitely recommend him for plumbing repairs. Thank you.

I got comfortable with Patrick doing my routine maintenance, found out the day of appointment it wasn't going to be him. 1st bummer. And then was sent emails of blower cleaning for 452.00 dollars and some outrageous prices of other stuff. This is a new house less then 2 years. No problem with this guy that came but when people get familiar with people and those people explain everything by detail that I need to do or need to keep a eye out for that go's along way. Nothing wrong with the company Shaws, there very respectful and seem to be a very honest company. But on a new house there shouldn't be any up sells im not stupid pictures Even look clean. Dont know what else ill do just yet?

Kyle Alcorn was awesome. Kyle was kind, patient, and very understanding of our situation. He had the problem solved in 20 minutes and savee me 5 hours of work and kept me from having to crawl under my home to fix it. Great employee with excellent customer service skills.

I have been working with Shaw’s Home Comfort for quite a while. Their customer service and attention to making sure the customer is happy with their experience is top notch. The entire team at Shaw’s is very friendly, quick to react and complete the job at hand.

Talk about bad luck! This was our second call to Shaw’s Home Comfort in a matter of one week! Again, they were quick to get someone out on a weekend and promptly resolve our issue. Their staff was very efficient. Our service technician, Juan, was both friendly and professional. We’d definitely use this company again. However, I don’t mean for it to be next week!!

Shaw's Home Comfort is top notch, Erik Hansen went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issues, he fixed a leak under my kitchen sink replaced a garbage disposal and performed a miracle getting my bathroom sink to drain!! The price very reasonable and gave me a true estimate before even starting the job..The dispatch call lady Trinity was on it and got my services started right away!!! We had our heating system stop working recently after buying our home. We called out a few companies and were less than dissatisfied with how we were treated and what we were or more so weren’t told about. Our system has several major damages making it unsafe to operate, the first 2 companies didn’t tell us what was wrong, showed pictures that didn’t tell any of the story, and they started with handing us a quote for 25-30k in replacement costa saying we needed everything new. Then we were blessed to have Say Vang with Shaws come out and tell us everything that was wrong, and showed us pictures of the actual damage. He gave detailed notes and was extremely friendly and respectful, giving us options both to repair and replace without pushing us to decide in the moment. Would highly recommend and will be using them for more services in the future!

Marcos and Patrick were fantastic! They were very informative and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing on the roof. At first we couldn’t pinpoint the issue, but Shaw’s guaranteed that if the problem persisted, they’d come back out with no additional diagnostic charge. Patrick returned, found the cause, and even showed me photos of what he discovered. The part has been ordered, and the installation is scheduled in a couple of days.
All I can say is these guys were far more professional than the “other company” we used last time. If you want the best, call Shaw’s Home Comfort!

I had a new Bosch dual pack installed on the roof. All was good till this last storm with heavy rain. Gut a leak in my 50 year roof. Dry wall was just some yellow spots in living room ceiling. Looking at the position of unit and leak, along with the timing, That seemed the likely suspect.
Shaws sent someone the next day and the following day to figure out the issue. They were clearly taking this seriously.
They found the leak which required a crane to remove the unit and then reinstall after the repair.
Believe me, they weren’t trying to escape responsibility. They owned it and fixed it.
Today my ceiling was repaired. And repainted. Good as new. FAST AND DIDNT COST ME A DIME. I’ve been using them for maybe 10 years. Twice yearly inspection and service.
They are not your usual bare bones service. Yes it costs more but I know I can count on them. Once they even saved lives. But that’s another story.

Patrick was very knowledgeable and gave us an honest assessment of out very old and falling apart heating and cooling system. He was very professional and gave me several options to choose from. After his assessment it was apparent to me we need a new system. Thank you Patrick you saved us numerous future repair costs that probably would have added up to a new system rather quickly. I know we made the right call to just replace the whole system. Thanks again Patrick for help, it was truly a pleasure working with you and becoming part of the Shaw family.

Very organized, up front on price, you can request the technician you want to work with. Very transparent. I didn't make comparison but initially the price seemed high but after they finish the work I felt I got my money's worth. I even set up for maintenance on my business and my home. My technician, Bill was very informative and detailed. I didn't feel he'd tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I've gone through many HVAC repairs and I felt informed and happier with this service than any other. This is the first time I used them. Their staff is also very patient to explain and courteous. The price I paid was for one heat pump repair and four maintenance.

We intrusted Shaw's with a big project for our home to have the whole house repiped. The plumbers that they sent were Juan Cabrera and Peter Quintanilla. They were such wonderful men treated us and our home with such respect. It was such a pleasure to have them here doing such a extensive job. They took the time to explain everything to us no matter how simple if my husband or I asked they would explain. Always cleaned up after every day. When the job done explained the billing and everything with us. We would, of course, recommend Shaw's to everyone! Thank you again!

My heating unit has been out almost a month. Patrick Fawkes came yesterday and worked on the unit for several hours to no avail. This morning there was a knock ony door and the original Tech was here at 8 am to work on my unit. A short time later Patrick showed up. Both were really bothered that the unit would not work. Say was on the phone to parts houses trying to obtain parts and also on standby for Tech support. Patrick was working on the unit. Both Patrick were have deep conversations about all the diagnostics they had done and were not sure why the unit would not function. Patrick worked the new parts and replaced some of the original parts. A combination of new and original parts finally made the unit work. Even the owners manual was not clear as to the solution for the fault codes. Thanks to the perseverance of Patrick and Say the unit is now operational. Very professional, courteous, explained the situation and possible solutions, and listen to my suggestions and concerns as well. Thank you.

I highly recommend Shaw's! Kyle did an outstanding job fixing a couple of issues at our home. The main problem was a badly leaking shower, which he repaired quickly and efficiently. He also fixed a leak under our faucet (DIY gone wrong) and reinforced it with high quality parts. The work was professional, tidy, and he knew exactly what he was doing. Not to mention, he was very kind and waited patiently for us to figure out our situation. Excellent service all around—highly satisfied!
