The service technician Andy arrived right on time, the company system even provided me with real time expected arrival time. The customer service was amazing and very helpful. I felt very reassured and comfortable afterwards. Honestly, this is probably one of best customer services I received compared to any other home services I have experienced here in the Valley.

We had to shut down the water to the house to stop an uncontrollable leak. Erik arrived earlier than promised and made quick assessment of our plumbing crisis. I explained how I considered trying to make a repair, but he assured me (as l thought) I didn’t have the correct tools to do so.

He clearly explained what he needed to do and went right to it. I thought after the repair, he was done. He continued by doing a process to safely return water to the house. He was almost embarrassingly thorough in cleaning and drying the area involved.

I was completely satisfied with Erik’s service and asked for estimates on future water projects at our house. He obliged without hesitation. I soon received a detailed estimate by email to review. Awesome!

Emily, Aramis, and all of the staff at Shaw’s are incredibly over the top. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism, respect, and customer service that they provide. I still cannot believe how friendly the staff was. Also, the amount of information that was provided to me with not only my current HVAC and ducting but available options were on another level of service. Aramis provided information from start to finish that was indicative of Tolkien level detail and explanation. Shaw’s staff seems to really want to empower the customer to the point of they are now armed with terms and industry knowledge to better serve them and to also hold other heating and cooling contractors and businesses accountable. I cannot stress enough how awesome Aramis was. Please continue this business model as it will ensure many new customers and retain many loyal, already established ones for years to come.

Genuinely shocked by how wonderful this company is. Just to start, the tech was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Before he even arrived I received a text with his photo, his biography and his qualifications. Thennnn he took photos of everything I wasn't able to personal see and explained each photo and how the components worked and needed to be maintained. As a first-time home owner, I feel so grateful for this. What an excellent company to have been recommended.

I had a complete AC unit replacement. Shaws was on time their customer service communication through out the process was everything I could have asked for. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs

Ivan came out the same day I called and was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with my heating unit. He was able to give me a price the same day as well. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will recommend this company to my friends and family.

As usual, Shaw’s did a fantastic job servicing our heating and air-conditioning unit. It’s also great that they have Saturday appointments. Ivan came out, he was very friendly and thorough. He explained everything and did not try to upsell me on anything like the competition has done in the past. Also, the maintenance plan is an incredible deal!

We had a few problems with three bathroom faucets and they needed to be replaced. Erik came out and had the them installed in no time. He was efficient, cordial, and professional throughout the entire process.
