Constraction reviews in Lincoln, California

We had such a great experience with Thompson Construction. They are honest, reliable, highly skilled, and very fair. After our kitchen remodel went horribly wrong with another contractor, they stepped in and completely turned things around. Now we absolutely love our kitchen. Clancy, Deanna, and the crew were wonderful to work with- we’re so thankful we found them.

Most honest contractor on earth. He gives honest answers to cost and timeframe, and if he says his going to do something he is going to do it. And he won’t accept but good work so you know you are getting quality as well. I am only using him for my needs here on out.

Ive done 50+ projects with Thompson and Construction over the years on various flips, hotel renovations, and personal projects and Clancy has always overdelivered. 10/10 service, and 10/10 product. Thanks team! No one better in the game

Clancy and his team are simply unparalleled in the contracting industry. Clancy's responsiveness, honesty, and genuine care for his clients' satisfaction are evident from the start. His clear communication and transparency sets him apart, and his commitment to completing work promptly is truly commendable. I wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere for future projects; Clancy and his team have earned my trust and wholehearted recommendation for their exceptional service.

Absolutely would recommend Thompson Construction for any and all home needs! They are extremely professional in every aspect, they have great communication with their clients and are always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Their work is executed to perfection!

I had the pleasure of working with Thompson Construction twice, and both experiences exceeded my expectations.

The first project, updating our kitchen on a limited budget in our first home, showcased their creativity and efficiency. Despite the constraints, they provided innovative ideas and maintained excellent communication throughout the process, ensuring we were informed every step of the way.

The second project was a substantial undertaking—a full kitchen remodel, removal of a drop ceiling, new drywall, piping replacement, flooring, and a comprehensive paint job throughout the house. Once again, Thompson Construction delivered outstanding service. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and the quality of work was truly impressive.

What truly sets Thompson Construction apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even after completion, they followed up multiple times to ensure everything met our expectations. This level of care and dedication is rare and greatly appreciated, especially with a newborn in the house during renovations.

I wholeheartedly recommend Thompson Construction for any home improvement project. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for their clients make them stand out in the industry.

Clancy and the entire Thompson Construction team were absolutely incredible to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and the quality of their work truly shows. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
