Constraction reviews in Lincoln, California

I hired Rod and crew at RCC Construction to add 2 office spaces in our commercial building. I usually get 2 or 3 quotes for a project but after taking to Rod I had confidence in him, and the cost was within my expectations. The job turned out just fine, and I especially appreciated that Rod stayed in touch throughout the project. He wasn't afraid to ask questions, and he always responded to calls and texts promptly. I would hire Rod again without question.

I had an amazing experience working with Rod Co Renovation! From small handyman tasks to a full-scale home remodel, they exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Their team is professional, highly organized, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction and design.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and clear communication throughout the entire process. They stayed on schedule, kept the worksite clean, and were always respectful of our space. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and the final results were even better than we imagined.
On top of that, their pricing was fair and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises. Whether you’re looking to fix a few things around the house or undertake a major renovation, I highly recommend Rod Co Renovation. Trustworthy, skilled, and reliable—everything you want in a contractor!

My project was to repair a concrete driveway which had been broken up by heavy propane truck deliveries. It was a pleasure to work with their team. They made some recommendations which I followed. They were just as interested in a successful outcome as I was. They were reliable and flexible. I highly recommend them.

Rodco Renovation is by far the best company I ever worked with. They remodel my backyard and did some more work on the inside. Their price is very fair, it took them 6 days to complete my backyard. I’m very pleased with their work. Work very clean and gave me more than I expected. If you need someone that is fast, fair and clean I recommend them. You will not regret I have more projects for them in the future. The owner Omid is the man!!!!!!!

I recently had my bathroom renovated by RodCo renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and detail oriented. They helped me choose the perfect design, stayed on schedule, and ensured everything was completed to the highest standard. My new bathroom looks stunning. Plus, their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs! I highly recommend it!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Rodcorenovation Co DBA RCC Construction did on my driveway! My old, cracked concrete was in bad shape, and their team did an incredible job replacing it. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding.

Not only do they specialize in concrete and driveway replacement, but they’re also a highly skilled general contractor offering landscaping, remodeling, and construction services. After seeing their professionalism and expertise, I’m already planning my next project with them. If you need a trusted contractor for concrete work, landscaping, or home renovations, I highly recommend RCC Construction

Rod and his team are the GOAT! They pay attention to detail and the communication among them is amazing. My deck was in desperate need of updating. I am now able to enjoy my deck without worrying about falling through it. Thank you RCC for all of your hard work.
As a general contractor Rod and his team are able to do kitchen & bath remodeling, flooring and so much more. Rod is my go to general contractor for all of my home improvement projects from here on out. I have a list of home improvements for RCC in the near future.

After getting bids from three different contractors for our front yard renovation, we chose Rodco Renovation. While they weren't the lowest bid, we were impressed by their prompt communication and professionalism from the very beginning.
Rod (the owner) was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. We changed our design more than twice and made several slight adjustments to small details along the way. Despite the extra work this created, Rod and his crew were always patient and willing to make it happen.
What truly sets Rodco apart is their commitment to providing exceptional value. They performed several additional tasks at no extra charge, saving us over $1,500. For example, they planted a massive, heavy olive tree, adjusted the planter's height with additional materials, and even changed the plan for our pathway and driveway cuts from straight lines to curves—a much more labor-intensive process.
Rod's crew was knowledgeable, hardworking, and dedicated, even in 100-degree weather. Their recommendations significantly improved the overall appearance of our project. At the end of each day, they were meticulous about cleaning up, leaving our yard as if no one had been working on it.
We did have a small disagreement about some oil stains that was caused by their equipment on our asphalt driveway. However, Rod, who also managed the project, handled the issue with great professionalism. He didn't argue and made it right, resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction.
Based on our experience, Rodco Renovation is a reputable and honest company. I would definitely hire them again for future projects, including our upcoming bathroom renovation.
