Team was informative and helpful during the initial visit, communicated throughout the process, and even finished earlier than expected. This was our first experience with artificial grass so having someone knowledgeable and helpful really put us at ease. Already have more projects in mind that I'd like to partner with them on!

Working with Pavers and Turf by ONeill's was a pleasant experience. They were responsive and made sure that they got the job right. This job was basically fixing what another company had already done - so not from start-to-finish - but we wish we would have chosen them to do the work from the beginning.

This was truly the best experience I’ve had on any house project. From start to finish, Ryan had frequent, and crystal clear communication. He came to the estimate equipped with lot of information, turf samples, and brought a lot of great suggestions. At first I just wanted a patio but after looking at all the pictures and reviews I decided to go for a putting green as well. So happy with my decision, everything turned out looking great and professionally installed by a crew who clearly specialized in this work.

I'm very happy with the putting green O'Neills installed in my backyard. Ryan, Mason and team were a pleasure to work with. I had limited space and didn't really know what I wanted. They were very professional and provided the guidance and suggestions I need to get what I wanted. They were prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do. O'Neill's Green Services did an outstanding job designing and installing our artificial turf and putting green for our backyard. After many years of trying to grow grass in our shady backyard, we decided that artificial turf was our best option. We had 4 different firms come by to look at our project and provide estimates. Somewhat surprisingly, all of the quotes were in the same relative ballpark on price (+/- 5%). What drove us to choose O'Neill's was their expertise in installing putting greens with realistic performance, their willingness to address a particular drainage issue we had, their dedicated and thorough crew, and their high-quality turf product.

The crew that did the installation was excellent - great communicators, hard working, and respectful of the property (and our neighbors). The installation took a few days longer than planned (8 days total for just under 1,000 sq ft), but it was because they paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done right rather than rush the job. I think I calculated that they moved over 25 tons of material from the street to our backyard over the course of the project - all manually. We did have an issue a few weeks after installation when the weather turned cold where some ripples appeared in the putting surface. The owner, Mike, was very quick to respond and sent out a crew within 2 days to come out and repair the ripples and re-roll the green back to new.

We are extremely pleased with the end result and look forward to enjoying our revamped backyard for many years to come. If you are looking to install artificial turf and/or a putting green, definitely give O'Neill's a call.

We had a great experience. Ryan was very hands on listening to our exact requests and providing great suggestions. They redid our old dead backyard lawn with turf, took out some old concert, put in a paver border and a path around our side yard. We liked them so much we had them come back and replace our fence as well.

We hired Jonathan and his team to replace our 43 year old tiny corner shower in our master bedroom with a much larger shower. We are very pleased with results. They took the bathroom down to studs and within 2 weeks we had all brand new. His team was respectful of our home and very polite when speaking with us. I highly recommend them. We were so happy to have Prime Bath take care of our bathroom renovations for two of our bathrooms! From start to finish we were extremely well taken care of and got exactly what we wanted. Amy, Travis, Jonathan, and Joe, and everyone else involved were very responsive to our questions and needs, very friendly, and professional. They showed up on time daily and left our house tidy and clean.

At the end of our project a couple details weren't quite to our satisfaction and Travis and the team noted them even before we could bring them to their attention. They did everything in their power to make sure our bathrooms were perfect. They very clearly care both about the quality of their work and their customer's absolute satisfaction.
