Great people, project completed ahead of schedule. Will use again if the opportunity presents itself.

I'm afraid my experience with Onsite has not been the best.
We are a small subcontractor in Fresno, CA. We were hired by Onsite to install a fence they needed fairly fast. We did, and while the project was in progress David Brown was there all the time, but when it came time to pay they disappeared and don't answer phone calls, the email with which we communicated no longer exists. This project was just short of 4K dollars. it might not mean very much for them, but for us, being how small we are, it put us in a bind since then. This project was finished on 10/20/20. It has been long enough! -

We are thrilled that we chose Cornerstone to do some renovation to our home. We had a bathroom makeover, some drywall work done as well as some interior and exterior painting, plus a few other jobs. After getting estimates and walk throughs with 2 other companies, we found Cornerstone to be the most professional and just had a sense we could trust them. We were so right! The job was done right the first time and workmanship excellent. From John, Steve and Bob, the workers on site to Roxanne and Teresa in the front office, we experienced nothing but friendly, efficient and professional service. We highly recommend Cornerstone and will be using them and only them for any future home projects.

NorCal Construction was great!
They were always there when we needed them to take a look at something. They worked in a timely manner and kept everything clean. -
I could not be happier with NorCal Construction - they did a large remodel project for my wife and I. Super communicative, transparent pricing, and they were very friendly. Their work was exceptional, I will definitely be recommending NorCal to my friends and family - and would absolutely use them again in the future. From the ownership, all the way down the chain we were super impressed. We also felt very comfortable having them at our house. I am super happy we decided to use NorCal!

Working with Martin as the project manager was a breath of fresh air. I know from previous renovation and construction projects how difficult it can be to go through these experiences as a homeowner. Martin was very responsive via text and phone with updates and plans. I felt very confident in his expertise. Norcal and Martin made an otherwise very stressful time much more manageable. Would work with Norcal again. Highly recommend!

We hired Kitchen Fantastic for a major home renovation including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole-house painting, replacing ceiling lights, and installing brand-new appliances purchased through them. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
The finishing quality throughout the project was very poor and many items were left incomplete. Several cabinets were not fitted correctly. In addition, all the doors in the house (bathroom doors, bedroom doors, etc.) were painted with what appears to be regular paint, and the paint has already started peeling.
The whole-house painting also had several finishing issues.
The electrical finishing is also substandard. Many wall plates have visible gaps and look poorly installed.
All the kitchen appliances were brand new and purchased through them as part of the remodeling project. While they were working on site, there was an issue with the stove they had just installed, but instead of resolving it they asked me to contact Thermador myself, even though it had just been installed by them.
The bathroom remodel also has problems — water is coming out where it shouldn’t.
In addition, they replaced all the ceiling lights in the house claiming the new lights were the “best option.” However, after installation the lights started flickering and malfunctioning. Later they told us the lights were not compatible with the smart switches we already had. When I asked why they installed incompatible lights in the first place, there was no clear answer.
One important lesson from this experience: before signing the contract, make sure every single detail is clearly written in the contract. The design team tends to rush you to sign by saying everything is included, but once the actual crew starts the work, many things suddenly become “not specified in the contract” and are treated as extra charges.
Overall, the workmanship, attention to detail, and accountability were very disappointing. I strongly recommend others review contracts carefully and consider other options before choosing this contractor. -

we honestly planned on purchasing our cabinets and new appliances for our recent remodel of the kitchen from kitchen fantastic. Had it not been for the absolute unprofessional and completely racist comments that we had to endure from one of the representatives by the name of Ronn today, we probably would have given them our business. When Ronn came by our home today to get measurements, not only did he insinuate that we were unable to speak in English and kept trying to use my children to translate when we were clearly able to speak english but also insinuated that our independent contractor, whom is a family friend of ours, was unable to speak English and understand the rude and unprofessional conversation Ronn was having. Because we told him we were content with using an independent contractor, Ronn believed that we were looking for cheaper options despite us multiple times telling him we are looking for higher quality value for our cabinets and appliances. He kept insisting in our conversation that if we were looking for cheap items then we should just go get "chinese" cabinets from Home Depot. I understand that they are running a business and they do want to show us that they can compete with other contractors, but surely it does not have to be done in a manner where you treat others beneath you when they're standing right in front of you. I really do hope that whoever is the owner of kitchen fantastic does take into consideration the type of people they hire to work with their clients especially in a climate like this where racially charged comments are not tolerated.

Kitchen Fantastic was hired by our landlady to redo our kitchen and the walls of our living room, family room, and laundry room which had been damaged by a broken water line. The supervisor of this project came TWICE, at the beginning of the project and for the rough inspection. Workers came a maximum of two days per week for six weeks, showed up around noon and left at 5 pm with two exceptions, when one worker came at 7:30 am and worked until 5:30 pm. The workers frequently did not know the details of what they needed to do. Also, their work was sloppy and incomplete. We had to make many requests to get things done correctly. What saved this job from disaster and poor workmanship was my husband, who happens to be a construction superintendent, knows how to build, and ensured that things were completed and done correctly. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.

I had Kitchen Fantastic remodel my kitchen from ceiling to floor. John Lupo asked me what I wanted and then Bryce the designer went to work on his laptop and everything I didn't know I wanted came to life in just that one meeting. You will never find a better company or crew to do any remodel for you. I was told it would take 3 weeks to complete and it was completed in just 10 working days. Luis and his crew were so nice and wonderful to work with. My husband didn't believe it could be done that fast but now is also so amazed and in love with the finished product. We will be contacting them when we are ready to do our master bath. Great job guys!!!!!!
