Two experiences with Awesome. The first was about a year and a half ago. My mother's heating unit quit working the day before Thanksgiving. Some "warranty" company, "Service something" said they needed to order parts. Thursday was Thanksgiving, no action on Friday, then the weekend. On Monday they delayed again so we asked which part was ordered. Found out the local appliance parts distributor had a million of them. The owner asked why and we told him. He got an obvious pained expression on his face and slid an Awesome card across the counter. Less than 2 hours later, Pete from Awesome showed up and fixed the problem. Said he'd stopped by the supply depot that morning and picked up 3 more because it's almost always that part. My mother spent almost 6 days without heat, fixed in a few hours by Awesome. Kudos Awesome. Today, Anthony from Awesome stopped by our house and checked out the air-conditioning unit (no problems, minor tune up). He also installed a Nest Thermostat with trim kit. Awesome was awesome again.
Highly recommend Awesome Heating and Air Conditioning. Professional, polite and skilled. Fair price for outstanding service!
Correction: 3 experiences now, all 5 stars! And by the way, ecobee vs. nest thermostat, ecobee is the clear, hands down, winner.
