When we were in need of an exterminator I wanted a local company who had been in business for awhile so I chose A-1 .We are very satisfied with our continued service over the last 3 years . Our tech Is Gary Babb but I nicknamed him Bugsy and he does a great job from roaches to Rats and always comes out when we have an overrun of critters . Glad we chose A-1 .

We gutted a house infested with cockroaches and other bugs. We had Gary from A1 come out and start spraying during the process. We moved in last February. We have had ZERO bugs in our house this whole year. Gary has given me such peace of mind knowing my house is protected against unwanted pests. I recommend Gary and A1 to everyone I know.

Was pretty disappointed after reading the previous 5 star reviews. I texted mike on May 4th with my location and a description of the issue. He called back the next morning saying he wasn't available until May 20th. I let him know that was fine and planned for him to be there in 16 days. Twenty minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, he called and let me know he didn't know what the issue was and wasn't sure if he could manually control a Rachio controller. I told him if he didn't feel comfortable that he could fix the issue, I understood and decided to not move forward with the repair. I would have been 100% fine with a provider being honest that they don't feel that they are the right person for the job, but I'd prefer to be told when making the appointment and not losing 16 days when they call right before the appointment. Overall, disappointed and wish there could have been a different outcome.

I recently encountered a problem with my house sprinklers I was unable to fix. One section would not activate with the timer control. I also had some locations that had acquired leaks over time and decided to have all my concerns addressed. I had Mike’s business card and remembered my Dad’s previous calls to him over the years, and the respect he had for his work. It was early spring, a busy time for him, but he found a day to arrive and fix the issues I had cleanly and professionally. After which he inquired if there were any further issues, and his charge was reasonable and well within what I had hoped it would be.

I’ll be keeping his business card, and will be calling him for any issues I may have in the future. Thanks Mike!

I like the garden center because I can usually find the items I need. The customer service is average. The prices are as low as other places. There is plenty of parking.
