I've dealt with 3 tree service companies and these guys are the only ones that were professional. I really liked their service, demeanor, and work ethics.

Will never call for this service again. Overpriced. Friendly, until you show any displeasure. I really wasn't happy, and it still bothers me.

Called to schedule appointment, they were offended that my 2 year old grandson closed the door on them by mistake. Called again to reschedule an appointment and refused because they were offended or hurt. I'm completely confused by their response.

Justin and Autumn run a first class business. It’s good to know there are professionals like them in the area to assist homeowners with all aspects of tree care.

The crew did a beautiful job with my big oak tree and four date palm trees making them storm ready. They did a great cleanup too.

Had a large Sumac tree removed from our side yard, great job from the Norcal Arborists crew, on time, Conscientious of the property and surrounding area, removed the tree quickly and cleanly, came back later that day and ground the stump even though they had a another large job on the schedule, highly recommend

I've used their services twice now and both times they delivered each time. Took care of all my tree stumps and even found a few I didn't know I had in the house I just bought. Highly recommend them and will be calling for any and all tree related future needs.

So I've had Norcal Arborists do three jobs for me in the last two months.
1) A Defensible space clearance around our property and they handled it amazing. I passed county fire inspections on the first pass, no more code infractions for me lol! 2) Second job was the removal of 6 dead cemetery junipers that were causing a fire hazard next to my bedroom window. The crew had them cut, chipped and cleaned up in under 2 hours, I was super impressed.

3) The Last job was somthing I never thought I'd need. Justin, who is a certified arborist(it really does matter, as it turns out...), came over to inspect some weird white stuff on my trees, turns out I had an invasive type of spidermite (who knew). Justin was able to put together a plan that included a precise pruning to thin out some dead and diseased parts of the tree and a targeted chemical treatment plan that has been completely successful and has completely transformed the look of the front of my house and made me not want to set fire to my crapemyrtle trees.

These guys have a good crew and they know what they are doing. They cut three trees down and Im happy with the results. My yards were left neat and they took away all the big trunks. Their equipment looks near new they came with a lot of equipment. I have another tree that may be going too so Im going to call them again. They were all very nice to my daughter and I.

New house, third job by NorCal arborists. Our new house has a lot of vegetation in the backyard. Justin and his guys spent two days cleaning up and removing unwanted shrubs over 50 yards of material! No way I could’ve handled it myself. As expected. Based on previous experience the job was done on time and under budget actually $200 below my estimate. They did a great job and they will be the first ones on my call list for future tree work.

We needed an arborist to evaluate the health of a tree that had fallen and produce a report regarding the findings for a civil claim. I had called a few places, but had little luck getting in touch with anyone. When I called Norcal Arborists, Autumn picked up the phone and was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was able to have Justin out to see the tree the very next day, less than 24 hours from when I initially called. Justin showed up on time, took helpful photos, and prepared a great report that is going to be very helpful. Thank you, Autumn and Justin! I will certainly call you again should the need arise.

I had a 50+-year-old Mulberry in my front yard. Justin came and looked at the tree and let me know the tree was not in good health. He gave me three prices for three different ways to treat the tree. In the end, we chose to remove it completely. The team was fast, careful, efficient, and very polite. It did take two days go remove but the tree was very large. I recommend them for any type of tree problems or questions.

Very personable owner (justin) answered my calls promptly and completed our lot clearing project on time and at the promised price. They also had very nice, new equipment. The last company (Larry's tree service) I hired had their chipper leak hydraulic oil on my custom colored drive way. Overall awesome job!!!

Norcal Arborists were great to work with and did an excellent job trimming my over-grown trees on my farm property. Autumn and Justin were professional and prompt in responding to me. The NorCal crew did a great job, on time and courteous. I highly recommend NorCal Arborists.

I have used NorCal Arborist a plethora of times. Times of natural disasters as well as for private use and commercial. Not only do I highly recommend them but I consider them family since they have literally saved my personal property and family during a stressful time (natural disaster). A massive oak tree fell on the side of my house and was dangling over the roof of my home. When the oak tree was removed, not a single branch touched my house. I will be forever grateful to NorCal Arborist!!!

Had to remove 3 large Modesto ash trees due to disease and decay from years of improper pruning. Norcal's crew of 2 guys and some specialized equipment were able to do the job in 2 days. After inspecting the job I felt that 2 of the stumps had not been ground down enough. Justin checked it out and agreed and a crew was back out within 2 days to get it done right at no extra charge. Crew was very professional and were able to remove all limbs without anything falling on the house. Justin even made this project a priority as a couple large limbs had already fallen off one tree and another with a large crack was barely hanging on. Clean up was very good and some leftover sawdust and wood chips was expected. I want to thank Justin for a job well done and for talking me out of doing some of the work myself. Price was up there but they did a lot of work. Highly recommend NorCal.

We have multiple large trees on our property and Justin was able to come out and give us his professional opinion on maintenance and care for the trees. We knew there was a lot of work to be done but Justin laid out was was priority based on our budget. We went ahead and did pruning on 2 trees so far and Justin and his guys are great. Quick, professional and clean. We'll definitely be working with them again.
