We have had landscaping and irrigation systems installed on two different occasions by RJQ several years apart, the latest being last month. I cannot say enough nice things about the employees, two in particular. Chandras Chapin is professional, caring, patient, and kind. She even helped us out on her own time! Allen Meehan is the epitome of compassion, understanding, and patience. My husband and I are in our 80's, and both of these sweet people gave us the time and repeated explanations we required. OUTSTANDING work and customer service!

I met with Bob before we began our project and I'd first off like to say he showed up with a mask without me even having to ask, which I thought was very courteous. He was a great listener while I was going over mine and my husbands plan to do landscape in our backyard, side, and expand our driveway. We just purchased a new home so it was all dirt, and Bob had great ideas to add when we asked as well! Their team began promptly on the expected date and showed up each day first thing in the morning, and when things were delayed a day or two we always received noticed. His team was incredibly kind and always asked us if we were sure things were laid out the way we wanted before they continued. The project consisted of cement, irrigation/sprinklers, and lawn and they were done in just over a week despite having to wait for cement to pour (it was around a holiday AND fires were backing up supply). They cleaned up after themselves every day and I honestly couldn't be happier! I would HIGHLY recommend their work, and their team is so kind and helpful. We're already looking into having them do more work :)

I worked with RJQ Landscaping on a $40k residential project in 2022. I would not recommend them to family or friends. The project was handed off several times between managers, and I think it suffered because of that. The price stayed the same, but they continuously reduced the project scope, took shortcuts, and left construction debris like wood screws in the landscaping. The lumber used for the pergola was rough, dirty, never sanded or planed, and seems to be twisting after less than 2 years. A little sealer was sprayed on with a hand pump sprayer, and that was it. Other wood projects we planned have faired worse. When I called them back for fixes on things, a gentleman came out and wasn't particularly professional. He threw things over the fence into the neighbor's yard and didn't address the real issues at hand.

Can't even begin to tell everyone how happy we are with our new front yard landscaping done by RJQ Landscape & Design. From our first meeting with Charas Chapin to the final walkthrough we had a truly professional experience. Daily check-ins to make sure everything was meeting our expectations and work was done to specification. Any issues we came across were handled promptly and professionally. Charas and Bob were not only professional but also added the personal touch that made us feel comfortable in our choice. Next spring they will be completing our landscape project by renovating our backyard.......Can't Wait!!!

There aren't enough stars to rate Bob at RJQ Landscape & Design. He and his crew, Adrian and Ernesto were extremely professional and went above and beyond for us. They are very dedicated and hard workers. They respected our property and helped with every detail. We had very old maples that were getting into our pool so we had them removed which wasn't easy. Our grandpup loves her new turf play area. My wife and I are enjoying our yard more and are having fun doing the little "decorating" touches. 5 plus starts for RJQ Landscape and design

Hired Leno's after trying to give my old yard maintenance company another chance after another and another. Leno's is who I wish I had all along, the really care and do the best job possible.

I contacted Leno to have my front and back yards cleaned up. They were in pretty bad shape and everything was overgrown. Leno was supposed to come out to give me a quote the next day, but he never showed. I messaged him again and asked if he could come out again to give me a quote, this time he just didn't respond. I messaged a 3rd time asking for his services but still never got a response. Business must be good if you're ignoring paying customers. There are plenty of options for gardeners in the area, don't waste your time with Leno.

Leno and his crew have seen servicing our residential home for about ten years now. They do everything, from mowing, edging, and fertilizing the lawn, to weed control, trimming the bushes to maintain their artistic shapes, collecting all grass clippings, weeds, and fallen leaves and disposing them properly.

They are very meticulous and detail-oriented at what they do. They care a lot about our property like they own it. From the beginning, my wife and I only had to tell them how we wanted our front and back yards to look and they took over from there. Currently, if there is anything we want done in addition to what they consistently do, Leno is so easy to talk to.

In the past, Leno actually asked me personally to take a picture of our home so he could post it somewhere to help his business. I told him, "By all means!" Today I saw that picture here on his Google page. As a matter of fact, they were just here last Friday, June 21, to do their thing. As usual they have done an excellent job. (My front yard looks much better today than in the picture) Anyway, I had guests that day and were they impressed at my front and back yard or what? By the way, in case you're wondering about their price, I say It's very reasonable!

These are the reasons why we've stuck with them for ten years. We strongly recommend them to anyone needing yard care services!
