Jason and his team were outstanding! I had been calling around to find someone to pressure wash our driveway, within the same day since we urgently needed to settle a complaint, since our driveway was no longer meeting the HOA standards and so we needed immediate service! As I called around, I quickly discovered that many were unable to provide the service for weeks out! Graciously, Delta Softwash was referred and vetted to us by one of the other pressure washing businesses and they vouched that they could likely help us that day or even by the next day! Luckily as I reached out, they told me they would be able to accommodate us within the next few hours to survey the driveway and offer us a quote, and by the next morning they were out on our property!

Jason and his team were very communicative and transparent! They detailed everything they were going to cover, but moreover, they were very generous in offering more than what we asked to be serviced! We had only requested for them to service our driveway, but he offered to even wash parts of our house which had been overrun by algae, diminishing the overall appearance of our home! As for the job with our driveway, it was admittedly a daunting job considering we had deeply set in oil stains, and 1/3 of our driveway was nearly black with assorted stains! Other parts of the driveway were discolored, with patches of lighter and darker shades of concrete. Getting our driveway to an acceptable state, given the lack of uniformity and the very dark stains, was not going to be a feasible one, and to my belief, a nearly impossible one!

After a short 2.5 hours, Jason and his team were done with the entire driveway and with the parts of our house! They exceeded our expectations and helped to restore and improve the presentation of our home! We loved them so much we will definitely be having them return to seal and color our driveway, and also power wash our home! Please consider Jason and his team, for all your pressure washing needs! I feel confident that he and his team will certainly impress you!!

Great experience with Delta Softwash. Very professional service. Jason stopped by our house to view the roof and provided a reasonable quote based on the condition of the roof. Other companies sent quotes without seeing the roof. The crew was very polite, worked efficiently, took photos, and cleaned our property after they were done. Highly recommend using their services.

We built a new house Dec. 2016, and had this service install our A/C unit due to a recommendation of our contractor, our home is roughly a 1,500 sq. ft, metal building type house with spray foam insulation in all the exterior walls and ceiling space. This service installed a 3 ton A/C unit for heating and cooling of the house. There was never a manual J performed on the house to determine the size of the A/C required, and no consideration of the improved insulation and air sealing of the spray foam insulation. Our first year in the house we noticed that humidity levels stayed around 60 percent, higher some days, not knowing anything about A/C units we contributed the higher humidity levels to the drying of the building materials over the first year, concrete floors, sheet rock, etc. During the winter months we don’t have these problems, starting our second summer in the house we notice that humidity levels are still high 60-70% relative humidity, we then purchase a dehumidifier from Lowe’s to help combat the problem. I start to investigate the problem and find our unit short cycling with run times from 5 to 10 mins max during the dead heat of summer. I contact this company back now knowing that there is a problem with the A/C unit possibly being oversized. A gentleman from the company meets me at our house one afternoon and inspects the system and tells us that he can not find anything wrong. He tells us that he is going to get their technicians to come evaluate the problem. A week goes by and the technicians come to the house, perform a manual humidity test and find it to be 65% inside the home despite the dehumidifier running. They inspect the A/C equipment and then tell us that the 3 ton unit is WAY oversized for our home and the spray foam insulation and that all of our current problems are being caused by the oversized A/C unit that was installed. They then recommend a 1 to 1.5 ton unit to cool the home and recommend performed a manual J that was never done the first time. The gentleman that works for the company that originally installed the A/C unit claims that he “didn’t know that the home was going to have spray foam”. Which is a lie, because from day 1 we planned and our contractor was aware that we were doing spray foam insulation. Later in conversation talking with the gentleman he says that he doesn’t know anything about spray foam insulation, and installed the A/C unit just using the old rule of thumb method of (X) amount of square feet for every ton of unit, and never performed a manual J on the home. They didn’t and will not make any attempt to make the situation right, despite it being there fault. So now we are left with having to pay thousands to change out the A/C unit to a properly sized unit, a problem that we would not have, had we chose a knowledgeable company to install our A/C unit. If there are other options available to you for A/C installation I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

I got some critter proofing to protect my chickens and roosters and I'm glad to say I can sleep soundly at night knowing my chickens are roosters are safe and undisturbed. This is our second time using Cleaner Choice. Nick is super awesome. He responds quickly and we were able to schedule with him via text. We bought an old house with older carpet, an elderly couple had it so it was in fairly good condition. Nick made these 25 year old carpets look and feel like new. We put him on a twice a year cleaning. Hopefully in doing so it will prolong the life of the old carpet. Nick was also able to get stains out other carpet cleaners couldnt...red grenadine on light carpet for example. If you didn't know where the stain was you probably couldn't find it.

I've utilized Cleaner Choice twice now for dryer vent cleaning and inspection services (HOA required) and they've done an awesome job both times. Very easy to get scheduled, reasonably priced, always on-time, and very quick and professional. Cannot recommend them highly enough for vent cleaning and inspection services!

I had a REALLY dirty chair, that I wasn’t sure would be able to be cleaned. They fit us in and spent a lot of time to make sure our chair was perfect. They did an AMAZING job! No smells, no discolorations, and it looks like new!! The before and after pictures are unbelievable, it doesn’t look like the same chair. Great service, would recommend and use again!!
